6. Service
6.1. General
All maintenance activities must happen at an disconnected machine and hoses without pressure.
Checking the electric components can happen exclusively by an expert.
Exclusively accessories and replacement components which have been approved by the manufacturer can be
used. Directly after the activities all securities- and protection parts must be assembled, before the machine is
put in functioning.

6.2. Maintenance diagram
6.2.1 General
Check daily by means of the maintenance diagram the high pressure cleaner.
Check even all transmission belts on good tension and possible defects.
If this case is not, then best consult the proper maintenance technicians.
PAY ATTENTION: Take care that the transmission belts are not in movement and observe the applying
safety standards!
6.2.2. Periodic maintenance
- Control of the electric cables, high and low pressure
hoses and couplings and control of the oil level.
- Refreshing reduction gearbox oil.
- All following refreshments of pump oil and reduction
- Extra control/replacement of joints, valves, o- rings by
acknowledged DiBO- technicians!
6.2.3. Control of oil level and refreshing pump oil
Check for each use of the machine the oil with the oil level glass or with the oil level bar.
Oil must stand right with the sign of the oil level glass, if the this case is not, oil tops up until the sign.
If oil looks forward to there milky, consult directly the DiBO technicians. To refresh oil, work as follows:
- Unbolt the drain plug below the pump.
- Unbolt the tap with the oil level bar.
- Catch all oil in a barge and remove oil like further described in the guide.
- Force up the drain plug there and top up the oil in the breach to the upper part to on the mark line.
- Force up the tap with the oil level bar there.
- Recommended oil: 1.836.042.
- Refreshing pump oil.
- Cleaning fuel tank.
