Spray gun
Do not spray: release the lever in the handle.
Spraying: push the lever in the handle.
Spray security: release the blocking pawl in the handle.
The machine is standard equipped with a single lance.
9. Emergency stop (optional)
The emergency stop can be recognized on the red pressing button at a yellow slice.
Push the emergency stop: the machine stops immediately at emergency situations.
Pull out the emergency stop: the machine can be restarted.
An additional emergency stop with wire drum (remote control) is also a possible option.
The working principle remains the same.
10. Hours counter
The hours counter is located on the control box where one can read the working hours of the machine.
11. Reels
The JMB-S will be standard equipped with a high pressure/low pressure reel.
Always secure the reel(s) after use and before transporting the trailer.
Please note for possible risk of heat to the high pressure coupling of the reel(s) at the use of the burner.
Always unroll the reel hose(s) completely during spraying activities to ensure an optimal performance!

4.3. Taking a break

The spraying can be stopped arbitrarily by releasing the handle off the pistol. Next acts one must comply, if the
spraying break last longer then ten minutes (or by abandoning the working area):
- By cleaning with use off the burner one must turn the temperature regulating button in the lowest position
- Switch off the machine completely. Put therefore the key switch on position "0".
- Release the pressure of the pressure hose by pushing the handle for a moment.

4.4. Control indications

The control panel is located (as pictured) on the of the operating panel.
It contains a number off light indications with lamps and also an hour counter.
