6.3.5. Spray tools
Check lances and guns on leaks, external damages and hair cracks.
If damaged or leaks these must be immediately replaced.
Check the spray image of the water jet, if these blows out to much you must replace the nozzle.
Check protective cap-nozzle on damages and replace if necessary.
Check the thread of the couplings on external damages. At damage let these replace without delay.
6.3.6. Electrical part
Checks visible electric wiring and components (among other things switches) on external visible damages.
If damaged let replace the concerning parts.
6.3.7. Burner
Check if the burner opening is clear of pollution.
Checks pipes and connections on leaks and external damages.
Check the sort fuel and the pollution in the tank and clean if necessary.
Ignition transformer from the burner:
It is important that on the ignition transformer a load is connected.
The switching on of the ignition transformer without the ignition pins are connected, are not permitted.
We recommend during maintenance activities certainly checking the connections of the ignition cables and
for the case the burner would not work, certainly don't let run the burner.
6.3.8. Water tank
Check the water tank on external damages and leaks.
6.3.9. Oil drainage HP- pump
Put a oil trough under the drain plug. Remove the drain plug.
Let all the oil in the oil trough. Assemble the drain plug ( with a new packing ring ).
Remove the oil-level gauge.
Fill the engine crankcase with oil until the oil-level comes up the middle of the gauge (oil: technical data).
Check the oil-level on the basis of the marks on the oil-level gauge. Place back the oil-level gauge.
6.3.11. Carry away used oil
Pour the tapped oil in a can. Deliver the tapped oil by your dealership or at the proper authorities.
6.3.12. Engine
Check the engine for loose parts, leaks. Check the oil level with the oil gauge.
When the oil level has gone down too much, or contamination of the oil is found, this must be replaced
before continuing the works. Check that the intake opening is not blocked.
6.3.13. Fuel tank
Regularly check the tank for contamination.
6.3.14. Recommended lubricants
- Lombardini engine
- W 5015 pump
Remove the oil- level gauge.
Fill the gearbox with oil until the oil-level comes up to the middle of the gauge ( type oil see technical data).
Check the oil-level on the basis of the marks on the oil-level gauge. Place back the oil- level gauge.
6.3.16. Oil drainage reduction gearbox
Put a oil trough under the tap of the reduction gearbox. Open the tap.
Let all the oil in the oil trough. Close the tap.
