3.3. Component review
1. Motor
The type of motor depends on the type of machine. (see technical data)
2. Manometer
On the manometer one can read the pressure.
3. Burner
The type of burner depends on the type of machine.
4. High pressure pump
The type of high pressure pump depends on the type of machine (see technical data).
5. Trailer (not with a SKID version)
The machine is build on a trailer, equipped with an single-walled isolated housing witch can be opened on three
sides. Option: the trailer can be equipped with an overrun brake.
6. Water tank
The water tank is an reservoir that is assembled between the water system (tap) and the high pressure pump.
The water tank prevents that there may appear pressure impulses in the water system.
Pressure impulses appears by switching on and off the spray jet.
The water tank prevents under all circumstances that there penetrates chemicals in the water system.
8. Burner
The burner provides hot water. The temperature of the water is adjustable till 120°C.
The burner is double-walled. The outside wall is air cooled by the ventilator lateral on the burner chamber.
The water supply and outlet are both situated at the bottom of the burner.
9. Electrical motor burner
The electrical motor drives both the fuel pump and the ventilator.
The electrical motor switches on as soon as the burner switch is switched on.
10. Fuel pump
The fuel pump is driven electrically. On the fuel pump is an magnetic valve assembled witch makes that the fuel
either gets to the burner or gets back to the fuel tank.
11. Ventilator
wall. The ventilator is driven electrically and is mounted at the bottom of the burner.
12. Ignition transformer
The ignition transformer is mounted indirectly against the burner chamber.
The ignition transformer makes sure for a continued ignition spark in the burner chamber.

14. Pressure relief valve
The pressure relief is mounted on the right side along the HP- reel. If the pressure in the water circuit gets to
high by unexpected circumstances, the pressure relief valve opens and the water goes back in the water tank.
15. Chassis
The chassis is made of a iron construction lacquer.
The chassis is mounted on the trailer, the engine is mounted with vibration isolators on the chassis.
16. Dry run protection water tank (optional):
The dry run protection is mounted in the water tank. If the level in the water tank is to low, the engine gets
switched off by means of the dry run protection. The machine gets in failure.
