4. Activation

4.1. Set to work

Place the gas adjustment at position 1/2. Turn the key-switch to position 1 (=ON) and wait till the lamp of pre-
heating is extinguished, then turn the key-switch to position 2 (=START) to start the diesel engine. Leave the key
as is when the diesel engine is running. When the diesel engine is running, move the gas throttle to the left and
allow the engine to warm-up at stationary revolutions. Point the spray gun in to the open space and operate the
gun till the water supply is completely de aerated. Operate the spray gun and adjust if necessary the spray pres-
sure by operating the throttle. Before the use of hot water one must switch the burner switch to position 1.
After that adjust the thermostat on the desired temperature.

4.2. Control units

1. Key switch
The main switch is the key switch and has three positions:
- ON: The JMB get switched on electrical without however starting the engine.
After switching on, all sensors would be tested automatically and the glowing process of the motor starts.
- START: As soon as the lamp "pre-heating" got out, the motor can be started.
- STOP: By turning the key back to the left the motor will be switched out again.
2. Burner switch
The burner switch is the turning switch and had two positions: 0 and 1.
0: The burner is switched off manually.
1: The burner is stand-by and can be used by the control.

3. Throttle lever
The throttle is carried out as a slide valve. This has variable positions witch can be variable adjust the number of
revolutions and together with it the working pressure.
- Handle to the left is less revolutions and working pressure.
- Handle to the right is more revolutions and working pressure.
4. Temperature adjustment
The temperature adjustment switch is carried out as a rotary switch.
With the temperature adjustment switch the maximum temperature of the cleaning water can be adjusted:
- Rotary knob to the left gives the minimum temperature.
- Rotary knob to the right gives the maximum temperature.
5. Temperature adjustments
Determine experimentally witch spray pressure and at witch temperature the object best can be cleaned without
damaging it. Albuminous material, rubber or synthetic material: knob not higher then 50°C.
For the other adjustments are the most diverge materials and/off machines cleaned.
6. High cleaning temperatures
A cleaning temperature of more then 95°C can only be used by reducing the number l/min produced by the high
7. Fuses
The electrical part off the JMB is protected by different fuses. This fuses are mounted in the electrical cabinet
witch is mounted against the burner boiler. The fuse for the sparking plug is mounted on the left side next to the
contact switch and is accessible by opening the cover.
8. High pressure hose with spray gun
The high pressure hose is coupled rotated on the spray gun.
Also assemble (tighten) the lance to the spray gun.
Because of that you have a great extend of free movement during the spraying.
