The chemicals tank can be filled by loosen the chemical cap at the back side of
the serving panel.With the internal tank one can suck in a product. There exist
even a possibility through connecting the external hose and -tank to add a
second product. You can't suck in both products! The tank has a capacity of 45
litres.
Pay attention: during the filling, the maximum filling value of the
tank may not be exceeded (see "Technical data" on page 29 ).
Important: At every filling cap, an air release hole
has to be provided with a diameter of 6 mm. So
check every filling cap on an air release hole

The water tank has a volume of 12 litres and is equipped with a float system to
shut of the water supply through the float valve when the tank is filled. The anti-
product siphoning system is standard provided in the water tank. The system
prevents that possible chemical water directly flow back to the water tank (due
to water siphoning).
Remark: only at full- option version there's a
level protection present on all tanks!

When the water pressure rises above the adjusted safety pressure, the safety
valve opens and there flows water pressureless out of the cleaner at the bottom.

SET TO WORK

Put the high pressure cleaner as much as possible at horizontally position.
Connect the water supply. Connect the spray gun with the high pressure hose
(without spray lance) to the high pressure cleaner. Connect the high pressure
cleaner electrically (plug in socket). Turn the main switch to position 1=ON. Aim
the spray gun in to the free space and serve the spray gun until the water jet
is completely de aerated (+- 30 sec.). Turn the main switch to position 0=OFF.
Connect the spray lance to the spray gun. Turn the main switch to position 1=ON.
Serve the spray gun and check the working pressure on the pressure gauge.
Adjust, if necessary, the pressure regulator for the desired spray pressure. For
the use of hot water one must turn the burner switch to the right, position when
the burner is on duty at ECO version. The LED element will lit constantly inside
the burner switch if the machine is powered on. At occurance of a possible
fault , the LED will flash xx number of times (according type of error see 4.6 -
disturbances) with a pause time of 2.5 seconds. Adjust at use of hot water the
temperature regulating button tot the desired position at ECO version.
At FULL version one needs to push the buttons near the display to choose if
one goes to clean with hot water or not. At the FULL version you can set this
also through the display and buttons. Pay attention for sufficient fuel in the
fuel tank. Adjusting the concentration from the added chemical products by
opening the mixing tap to your needs. To adjust the desired product (internal/
external tank) you have to turn the mixer tap to the right or left. Fill, if necessary,
the softener tank with softener liquid.
Pay attention: At a cold start from the cleaner: in some cases
it could be that the automat breaks down in the electrical
cabinet (only with 11 KW motors). This depends from the
situation of the electrical installation on the spot. So it's
recommended to use a fuse with characteristic D.
