3.3. Component review

1. Main motor with pump
The type of motor depends of the type of machine (see technical data).
2. Electricity boxes
The main SBH-E unit contains a few electricity boxes with a main switch to turn - on and off the machine.
The drive mechanism, composed by DiBO is situated in these boxes: switching relays, fuses and other neces-
sary electrical elements. The composition of the drives may be different, depending on the chosen type.
3. Pressure gauge
On the pressure gauge one can read the pressure.
4. Valves and detections
The SBH-E is equipped with a number of valves and detections, each taking care of the correct functioning of
the machine.
These components have been adjusted accurately to each other by DiBo and have subsequently been locked.
Never change these settings in order that the correct functioning can always be maintained.
5. High pressure pump
The type of high pressure pump depends the type of machine (see technical data).
6. Plug/socket
The carrying out of the plug/socket is country dependent. The machine is provided from the factory without plug.
The DiBO distributor will introduce the right plug for delivery.
7. Metering pumps
For some washing programmes chemicals/additives can be used.
high pressure piping. To be continued further in this manual.
8. Water tank with heating element
The machine has a water tank with an electric heating element which is also used as a boiler.
The heating element continuously warms up the water in the tank, even when the SBH-E has been deactivated.
By keeping the temperature in the tank continuously at appr. 70°C, the user can take hot water immediately.
Thanks to the higher temperature also the risk for bacterial infections within the tank diminishes during the pe-
riod that the water stands still.
9. Float chamber
water tank when there is no take-off.
10. Remote Control – MPR
According to the chosen SBH-E type the machine will be operated either by a remote control or a coin selector
(MPR-CS). The standard remote control is a simple operating panel, allowing to operate the machine.
variations. According to the chosen variation you have more or less operating possibilities.
11. Chemical tank (optional)
The chemical tank does not belong to the equipment itself.
On the other hand, the machine has been designed to add chemicals/additives by sucking them out of a tank.
This tank is meant to buffer, according to its own needs, a bigger amount of soap and other chemicals/additives,
The tanks should be placed higher than the SBH-E for a better suction of the products by the machine.
away from the supplying pipe. Take a look at the current directives of your region.
13. Workings hours counter
The workings hours counter is situated at the front at the control panel.
The counter shows the number of hours that he machine has worked.
