The spraying can be stopped arbitrarily by releasing the handle off the spray
gun. Next acts one must comply, if the spraying pause last longer than ten
minutes (or by abandoning the working area):
• After cleaning at use of the burner, the temperature must be 0°C and you have
to spray during at least another 5 minutes with cold water to cool down the
burner sufficiently (or has to be set below the actual value).
• When you decide to switch between steam/high temperature function and
high pressure function: rince with cold water during 10 minutes (cooling down).
• Switch off the machine completely.
Put therefore the key contact to position "0".
• Release the pressure of the pressure hose by pushing / holding the handle of
the spray gun for a moment.

HIGH TEMPERATURE PUMPS

A pre- pressure (pump) must be present at
the high temperature pumps.
The pre - pressure (pump) must provide a sufficient flow of water to feed the
high pressure pump and to prevent an appearance of cavitation.
Cavitation is the phenomenon that in a moving fluid the local pressure gets
lower than the vapour pressure of the fluid. Because of that mist bells will arise
who can implode with high power in the pump and could cause damages.
For all these applications at high temperature, it is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL
to feed the pump with positive pressure (at least 3 bar) and with a sufficient
quantity of water.
