7 C O N T R O L C A P
The control cap consists of PE and could be opened/closed easily by means
of a lock (right below). Keep the cover cap closed when starting the spraying
activities (when engine is working).
Pay attention: make sure that the cap closes properly in the
closing mechanism before you drive on the road with the JMB-S.
8 T H R OT T L E L E V E R
The throttle lever is carried out as a slide valve.
This lever has variable positions where you can set the number of revolutions
and therefore also the working pressure.
• Lever to the left : less revolutions and working pressure.
• Lever to the right : more revolutions and working pressure.
• Lever to the middle (option) : engine speed for 'steam function' if activated by
the 'steam function' valve.
For info: the throttle lever is included at every standard configuration unless you
have the option automatic speed control!

The working light is mounted on the side of the operating part of the trailer, the
flashing beacon is mounted on top of the protective cap.
Both lights can be turned on / off via the control panel display.
Note: Turn off on the working light / flashing
light while driving on public roads!

DISPLAY/DISTURBANCES

Below on the display you can read the actual working hours of the machine and
you can check if the antifreeze filling function is active.
Centrally you can read the working pressure and the output temperature.
Left on top the engine speed setting will be displayed (100% is similar to the
max. adjusted pressure, in example below: 250 Bar. When the engine speed
setting is 50%, the working pressure will visualize 125 bar).
Remark: If the steam valve is activated , the machine
will go automatically to the 'steam function'.
For info: configuration of your cleaner must have option steam + option
automatic engine speed setting.
Right on top the setting temperature will be displayed.
Setting: 0°C= burner off & 1°C or more= stand- by temperature.
It can be that the actual temperature has a higher value than
the setting temperature, the burner will not work until the
actual temperature is lower than the setting temperature!
• Temperature settings
Determine experimentally which engine speed (spray pressure) and at which
temperature the object best can be cleaned without damaging it.
Protein-containing material, rubber or synthetic material: knob not higher than
50°C. For the other settings the most diverge materials and/or machines will be
cleaned. Therefore, there are no fixed settings to be displayed.
• High cleaning temperatures
A cleaning temperature of more than 95°C can only be obtained by reducing
the number l/min produced by the high pressure pump.
By placing the throttle lever to the left ( min. pressure, min flow) or by reducing
the engine speed setting on the display one reduces the number of l/min.
The temperature shall increase maximum until the set value is reached.
If the flow is low, the flow switch shall put the burner out of use, to prevent that
the temperature will increase.
