MALFUNCTION
Machine does not start
No water pressure
Instable and to weak pressure
No hot water
Ventilator does not turn
HP pump throb (pulse)
Hot water temperature not reached
Closing mechanism fault of cap
Insufficient braking of trailer
Overheating of the brakes of trailer
Jerky motion or braking/trailer brakes when
towing vehicle stops accelerating/overrun
device makes noise.
Trailer brakes during reverse drive
Hand brake too weak to stop trailer moving
backwards.

Malfunction table

At a possible malfunction one can consult the table mentioned below and if you
obtain on this basis no solution, we advise to contact a DiBO- technician and/or
a recognized DiBO- representative.
CAUSE
• Battery insufficient
• No fuel in engine
• Key switch off
• Other malfunctions
• Less water supply
• Filter blocked
• Air in water supply (leaks in water
supply)
• Nozzle or lance blocked or worn
• Pressure regulating valve defective
• Other malfunctions
• Burner switch not on position "1"
• No fuel inside the tank
• Temperature sensor defective
• Other malfunctions
• Fuse defective
• Burner switch not on position "1"
• Electric motor defective
• Leak or block in supply line
• Too much air present
• Temperature to low or working
pressure too high
• Key contact and/or closing
mechanism defective
• Excessive friction losses or
corrosion on the drawbar
• Damage caused by impact during
• manoeuvring
• Hand brake not released
• Jockey wheel blocking frame
• Shock absorber defective
• Corrosion and/or non-lubricated
wheel brake
• Too much air in the transmission
system
• Brake pads worn
• Insufficient cleaning, lime blockage
in the passages of heat exchanger

SOLUTION
• Battery recharge and/or replace
• Fill the fuel tank
• Put key switch on
• Consult an expert
• Repair water supply
• Clean / replace filter cartridge
• Put machine completely without
power! Repair leaks in supply.
• Clean or replace

• Put burner switch on position "1"
• Fill the tank, clean/replace fuel filter

lubricate again.
• Replace worn brake calipers
• Have the braking installation
adjusted by an expert
