Check regularly, during spraying activities, whether
the lance coupling is still fixed to the spray gun.
Spray gun
• Do not spray: release the lever in the handle.
• Spraying: push the lever in the handle.
• Spray Security: release the blocking pawl in the handle.
• The machine is standard equipped with a single lance.
When changing the spraying tool, always turn off the cleaner first!
7 WO R K I N G L I G H T / F L A S H I N G B E AC O N ( O P T I O N )
The working light is mounted on the side of the operating part of the trailer, the
flashing beacon is mounted on top of the protective cap. Both lights can be
turned on / off via the control panel display.
Note: do not turn on the working light / flashing
light while driving on public roads!
8 R E M OT E C O N T R O L ( O P T I O N )
The remote control can be turned on/off via the special key selector (see image).
Operating the machine with remote control: put the key contact machine to
position ON. Put the key selector of the remote control to position 1:ON. Now,
turn on the remote control by holding both 'ON' buttons on the same time
during a few seconds. The display will start. Wait until the message "preheating"
is extinguished. Turn the key contact from the machine to position START to
start the motor. After the engine is switched on release the key. If the engine
is switched on, let run at idle speed. Aim the spray gun in the free space and
operate the spray gun until the water supply is completely deaerated. Operate
the spray gun and adjust if necessary the spray pressure by adjusting the
engine speed.
• Setting the pressure:
By pushing the P+ button on can raise the number of revs (and therefore also
the pressure) in steps of 10%. By pushing the P- button on can reduce the
number of revs (and therefore also the pressure) in steps of 10%.
Look out: when the button is pushed constantly, the engine speed will not
change, one must push always shortly to raise or reduce the value.
• Working with cold / hot water:
When one pushes the T on button, the machine will heaten up the water until
the preset temperature. The machine continues to work with hot water until
there is pushed on the T off button. In this case the machine will work only
with cold water.
Attention: the burner has to be activated to be able to work with hot water!
When active, the burner is in standby position and you can choose with the
remote control if you will work with cold or hot water by pushing the T off
button when the burner is activated through the display.
• Emergency stop:
When one pushes the emergency stop, the remote control will be switched
off and the machine stops immediately. To start the machine again with the
remote control one must pull out the emergency stop again and next switch
