9 E L E C T R I C A L M OTO R B U R N E R
The electrical motor drives both the fuel pump and the ventilator.
The electrical motor switches on as soon as the burner switch is switched on.
10 F U E L P U M P
The fuel pump is driven electrically. On the fuel pump is an magnetic valve
assembled witch makes that the fuel either gets to the burner or gets back to
the fuel tank.
11 V E N T I L ATO R
The ventilator makes sure that there is sufficient air for the combustion and
also for the cooling of the burner wall. The ventilator is driven electrically and is
mounted at the bottom of the burner.
12 T H E R M O S TAT
The control performs the function of the thermostat.
13 I G N I T I O N T R A N S F O R M E R
The ignition transformer is mounted indirectly against the burner chamber.
The ignition transformer makes sure for a continued ignition spark in the burner
chamber.
14 F LOW S W I TC H
As soon as there gets sprayed, there is a flow trough the flow switch. The switch
controls if there is a flow of water. At sufficient flow the burner can work.
15 P R E S S U R E R E L I E F VA LV E
The pressure relief is mounted on the right side along the high pressure reel.
If the pressure in the water circuit gets to high by unexpected circumstances,
the pressure relief valve opens and the water goes back in the water tank.
16 D RY R U N P R OT E C T I O N WAT E R TA N K
The dry run protection is mounted in the water tank. If the level in the water tank
is to low, the motor gets switched off by means of the dry run protection.
The machine goes in failure.
17 C H A S S I S
The chassis is made of a iron construction lacquer. The chassis is mounted on
the trailer, the motor is mounted with vibration isolators on the chassis.
18 F U N C T I O N WAT E R OV E R H E AT E D
When you keeps + and - buttons pushed at the same time during two seconds,
the function overheated water become active. On the screen appears for a
moment function overheated water active. In the parameter screen appears
at tuned temperature and measured temperature overheated water. At this
moment there is no longer looked at by the user pre- adjusted temperature,
but the machine regulates the temperature to a fixed temperature suitable to
develop overheated water.
Note: to be able to develop overheated water, the machine
must run on a sufficient low number of revs (+-30%)!
Only in this case the burner can warm up the water to a sufficiently high
temperature. When you want stop with the water overheats function you must
keep + and - button pressed during two seconds. On the screen appears for a
moment function water overheats switched off. The machine will be set now to
the temperature adjusted by the user.
Attention: before the use of the function water overheat, the
burner switch must stand on position 1. The temperature
of the overheated water is high and dangerous.
19 VAC U U M P U M P
The vacuum pump shall cause a vacuum in the dirty water tank. So the used
liquid shall be sucked in to the dirty water tank. This to protect the vacuum
pump, liquids and/or solid particles may not run into the vacuum pump.
