By means of the absorbing piece wagon one can absorb the fluids to the dirty
water tank. Turn the turn button to left to loosen the absorbing piece, turn to
right to tighten (see photo)! Push aside the absorbing piece wagon from the rail
of the trailer at dismantlement and mount these.)
21 G AT E VA LV E
The gate valve is situated below the trailer. Through the gate valve the used
water can be drained from the dirty water tank.
• To open the gate valve: turn the hand lever till the spindle nut below loosens,
thereafter you pull the gate valve upwards.
• To close the gate valve: one must close the gate valve for the last part by
means of the spindle nut, this makes that the stainless steel slide is pushed in
the rubber seat with full force. Push the hand lever on the spindle nut to close.
Tighten the spindle nut again till the slide fits well in the joint..

22 T R AC K & T R AC E ( O P T I O N )
The trailer can be equipped with a tracker. The necessary information/data can
be achieved via a login on the tracker website. Also use/reed the delivered
manual of the tracker (1.780.510).
Pay attention: when you want to use the track & trace, first
reconnect the tracker to the battery of the trailer. This can happen
by inserting the delivered fuse of 1A in the fuse holder "F14" (in
the burner electric box) whereby the tracker will charge.
When the tracker has power supply, the tracker will attempt to connect to GPS
satellites, which will update the date and time and the device will receive the
correct settings again after which it will send all the logged data to the platform.
The SIM card must have a connection with a mobile phone network to send all
relevant data..
23 P R O F E S S I O N A L S W I TC H M O D E B AT T E RY C H A R G E R ( O P T I O N )
The trailer with track & trace will be standard equipped with a charging cable
(1.701.075) to connect any professional switch mode battery charger (1.701.210)
on the battery.
Pay attention: the battery may not be charged constantly!
The trailer (machine) may not be switched on at any
circumstances during the charging procedure!
For info: If the battery clamps are incorrectly connected, the reverse polarity
protection will ensure that the battery and charger are not damaged. Estimated
time for charging (for an empty battery): +- 20h. The charger is designed for
charging only for batteries according to the technical specification. See also the
