Verificare il
regolatore che se manca, provoca la imme­
qiata bruciatura all'avviamento del fusi­
bile all'interno del regolatore.
Ripristinare, in tal caso, sotto il con­
tatto e sostituire il fusibile con con­
duttore di rame di 0
Se i risultati restano immutati il difet­
to è nel dinamotore da controllare al
banco elettrico.
Revisione: Rivolgersi alle STAZIONI DI
SERVIZIO ELETTRAUTO BOSCH.
ALTERNATORE
E' ad indotto fisso montato sul basamento
ed induttore rotante a magneti permanenti
·alloggiat o nel volano.
Per lo smontaggio
volano, usare l'estrattore 7271-3595-28
(fig. 2).
Verificare la magnetizzazione del rotore
con l'attrez7.o 7000-9727- 0 1: ( Fi g. (50)
- Appoggiare una estremità dell'attrezzo
orizzontalmente sui poli magnetici.
- Trattenere il cursore dell'attrezzo con
la linea· C
linea A sull'astuccio.
Liberare il cursore: se esso non viene
attratto il rotore è smagnetizzato e
deve essere sostituito.
Controllare che gli avvolgimenti dello
statore non abbiano collegamenti dissal­
dati e tracce di bruciature o fili a
massa.
Verificare con un ohmetro la continuità
tra cavo rosso e giallo e
dalla massa. ( Fig , 5 1)
Con alternatore
l'efficienza come segue:
- Staccare i cavi gialli dal regolatore
ed il rosso dal motorino.
- Collegare tra il cavo rosso.dell' alter­
natore ed uno dei gialli un voltmetro a
termocoppia da
alternata.
