Preparing for commissioning
To achieve perfect function of the machine, follow the
notes given in these instructions
You have to attach the following parts:
Sawdust blow-off device
Saw blade protection
Workpiece hold-down device
Assembly of the workpiece hold-down device
1.
Insert the mounting (14) in the guide and fix it using the
attachment screw (13).
2. Screw the workpiece hold-down device (2) to the mounting
(14).
Assembly of the saw blade protection on the
sawdust blow-off device
1.
Push the saw blade protection (1) on the mounting (14).
2.
Push screw (M4x25) through the borehole of the
mounting and the saw blade protection and lock with the
screw nut (M4).
Assembly of the sawdust blow-off device
1.
Screw the sawdust blow-off device (3) in the connector
(a).
Adjust saw table
Angle the saw table rectangularly
1.
Move the workpiece hold-down device (2) to its top
position.
2. Use an angle to align the saw table (5) rectangular to the
saw blade (17).
3. If after adjusting the rectangularity the arrow (b) does no
longer show to 0°
 Release screw (c)
 Turn the arrow to the right or left (0°- Adjust position)

Assembly of the saw on a work bench
There are contained four rubber feet in the scope of delivery.
They are affixed down on the saw. Therefore, put the rubber
feet into the intended boreholes. Like this, the saw can be
assembled without additional safety.
But it can also be assembled fixed on a workbench to prevent
vibrations and noise when sawing. The small parts required for
the assembly are not contained in the scope of delivery. Use
therefore:

Washer Ø 8mm
Hexagon nut M 8, self-locking
Additionally we recommend a foam rubber base for the
reduction of vibrations and noise. It is not contained in the
scope of delivery.
 Place the saw in a place that fulfils the following conditions:
 secured against slipping
 free of vibrations
 even
 free of tripping hazards
 adequate light
 Before each use, check
 Connection cables for defects (cracks, cuts, etc.)
 that the saw blade protection is in a perfect condition
 that the saw blade is in a perfect condition
Do not use any cracked saw blades or those that have
changed their shape.
Do not use any defective cables
