Lift the control unit up and remove.
4.
Remove both connectors
5.
Insert both connectors into the sockets of the new control unit
6.
Slowly position the new control unit down onto the pump housing
7.
Tighten the fixing screws on the control unit by hand.

The corresponding conveying capacity is programmed on the test bench before
delivery, all DIP switches on the board are set to OFF.

The connectors are "coded" on-site and can thus be inserted into the
sockets only in the correct position.
Two cables that pass control signals to the pump are located between the
pump control unit and the bottom part of the pump.
Ensure that these do not become trapped during the changeover.
There is a seal in the blue pump housing. During assembly, ensure that
the seal is free of contamination to prevent leaks.
The tightening torque for the fixing screws on the control unit is approx.
1 Nm. To prevent damage to the thread, we recommend tightening the
screws by hand.
