Warning! Depending on how you use the tool, the ac-
tual values may differ from the those given. Implement
measures to protect against noise nuisance.
In doing so, take into account the complete working
process, including the times when the tool is working
without load or switched off.
Suitable measures include regular maintenance and
care of the tool and the insertion tools, regular breaks
as well as proper planning of the working process.

Unpacking

• Open the packaging and carefully remove the de-
vice.
• Remove the packaging material, as well as the pack-
aging and transport safety devices (if present).
• Check whether the scope of delivery is complete.
• Check the device and accessory parts for transport
damage. In the event of complaints the carrier must
be informed immediately. Later claims will not be
recognised.
• If possible, keep the packaging until the expiry of the
warranty period.
• Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating instructions before using for the first time.
• With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Replace-
ment parts can be obtained from your dealer.
• When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for your equip-
ment.
m ATTENTION!
The device and the packaging material are not
children's toys! Do not let children play with plas-
tic bags, films or small parts! There is a danger of
choking or suffocating!

8. Assembly

Your machine is not completely assembled for pack-
aging reasons
Mounting the adapter plates (20) (Fig. 2)
• Mount the 2 adapter plates (20) on both sides of the
transmission (13) using 4 hexagon screws M 10x20
(A).
• Tighten the screws well.

Mounting the protective frame (17) (Fig. 2.1)
• Fasten the protective frame (17) to the adapter
plates (20) on both sides using 4 hexagonal bolts
M10x20 (A).
• Tighten the screws well.
Fitting the fuel tank (2) (Fig. 2.2, 2.3)
• Mount the fuel tank (2) to the mounting plates with 2
hexagonal bolts (B), 2 washers D 24 and 2 washer
nuts M8 and tighten firmly.
• Attach fuel hose (C) and secure with the clamp (D).
Fitting the throttle (11) (Fig. 2.4)
• Mount the throttle (11) to the protective frame (17)
with the mounting clamp, 2 Phillips screws M6 x 25
and 2 self-locking M6 nuts and tighten.

Before commissioning

ATTENTION!
Read the safety instructions carefully (see "Safety
instructions" and additional instructions for pet-
rol-driven machines).
Note! Fig.3:
If possible, always transport the vibration rammer in an
upright position, taking care not to tip the device over.
If there is no possibility to transport the vibration rammer
standing up, then only in the position shown in Fig. 3.
The air filter (5) must not point downwards! Oil may get
into the cylinder, combustion chamber or air filter (5).
This can cause starting difficulties.
Refuelling
• Screw on the fuel filler cap (3).
• Fill with fuel.
• Be aware of the expansion of fuel, do not fill the tank
completely.
• Screw the fuel filler cap (3) back on tightly and clean
the area of any fuel mixture that may have spilled
out.
Fuel
The engine (1) of the vibration rammer is a four-stroke
engine. It is powered by regular unleaded petrol with a
research octane rating of 95.
Tank volume: 2.8 litres
Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine (1)
stopped.
If the engine (1) was in operation immediately before,
allow it to cool first.
