Remove the cover plate (pos. 1) on the metering head
2.
Loosen the metering head screws (pos. 2).
3.
Remove the pump head (pos. 3).
4.
Unscrew the diaphragm (pos. 4), intermediate plate (pos. 6)
and support disk (pos. 5).
5.
Remove the bellows (pos. 7) from the plunger.
6.
Install the new bellows in the correct position, pos. 7.
7.
Place in the intermediate plate in the correct position, pos. 6.
8.
Slide the support disk in the correct position (concave side facing the diaphragm)
over the thread of the diaphragm.
9.
Install new diaphragms and support disk.
10. Turn the intermediate plate clockwise until the diaphragm rupture drain faces down.
11. Mount the pump head and pay attention to the direction of flow, pos. 3.
12. Hand-tighten the pump head screws and then tighten them cross-wise.
13. Mount the cover plate on the pump head.
CAUTION!
Only tighten diaphragms by hand and do not use a tool!
CAUTION!
Tightening torque for metering head screws = 3 - 4 Nm.
Check the torque after 24 hours!
