Changing the diaphragm cartridge

Carefully insert new diaphragm cartridge (pos. 2).
Do not damage piston groove ring.
The diaphragm cartridge's return flow connector (pos. 5) must point downwards.
Suspend the pump head and cross tighten the nuts (pos. 2)
(tightening torque 3-4 Nm).
Close venting lever (pos. 4) (turn right with the arrow in the 'up' metering direction).
Check for leaks and, if necessary, make adjustments
(see chapter 10.4, 'Readjusting the venting lever)

Fit new pump head and cross tighten with nuts (pos. 1) (tightening torque 3-4 Nm).
Screw in suction valve (pos. 8) and pressure valve (pos. 7) with new O-rings (see chapter
10.3.1, Fig. 10.1, (pos.

Cross loosen nuts (pos. 1).
Pull off pump head (pos. 3).
Take out diaphragm cartridge (pos. 2).
Clean mounting surfaces (pos. 6) in the pump
head and piston running surfaces.
