Maintenance instructions:
Attention!
Prior to any maintenance work, the device must be isolated from power and compressed air.
•
Lift and secure the Rotor (13) by hand.
•
Remove the control unit (9) completely together with the location plate.
•
Loosen the screws and remove guide cassette(11).
•
Check the guide bolt (11.2) in respect of any damage or wear and exchange, if necessary.
•
Grease the cam shaft (8) complete with a brush.
•
Install the guide (11) in reverse to the above.
•
Clean the change-over station (17-19) and all proximity switches and associated stop screws. Check all
connections and pneumatic hoses.
