Turn-off the compressed air-supply, so that the fork head can be moved manually. Move the fork head
down to the lower stop, slightly loosen the reed-contact and move it upwards until the LED is activated,
then move it back 1 mm and screw it tight. Re-check the switching distance of 1 mm.
Turn on the compressed air-supply, set the switching distance of the proximity switch to approx. 0.5 up
to 1 mm.
Turn off the compressed air supply (the rotor must be in the lower position). Set the switching distance
of the distance proximity switch to approx. 0.5 up to 1 mm.
The setting is carried out in position 1. Re-connect the compressed air supply, set the switching distance
of the proximity switch to approx 0.5 up to 1 mm.
Attention!
When carrying out any kind of maintenance work you must ensure that the ATS-ROTOR is turned
off. Should the installation be situated in a secure area, it is recommended that all devices in the
cell are turned off, as for preventing any uncontrolled operation.

twice per month clean any contamination in the area of the change-over station, proximity switches and
stop screws and check all pneumatic hoses.
after approx. 20,000 neck changes or every other 3 months check the guide bolt (11.2).
