• Misurare la larghezza bobina e allentando le viti (A)
regolare i bracci di centraggio (B) in modo che que-
sti risultino più larghi della bobina di circa 20 mm e
centrali al rullo (C).
• Regolare le zappette apertura solco (D) allentando
le viti (E) e spostandole in modo che la distanza
tra i punti più stretti (X) delle stesse risulti 300 mm
inferiore alla larghezza film.
• Regolare l'altezza delle zappette (D) allentando la
vite (F) e abbassarle in modo che queste si trovino
60-100 mm più basse del rullo.
• Procedere alla regolazione delle ruote posteriori
tenuta film (G) . Allentando la vite (H), scorrere il
perno della ruota in modo che questa sormonti di
almeno 80-100 mm il film plastico.
• Regolare la larghezza delle zappette posteriori di rincal-
zo (I) allentando le viti (L) e portando i punti più esterni
(M) almeno 100-150 mm più larghi del film plastico.
• Procedere quindi alla regolazione dell'altezza delle
zappette posteriori di rincalzo (I) allentando le viti
(N) e abbassandole in modo che risultino più basse
del rullo di di 60-80 mm.

• Measure the roll width and, loosening the bolts,
(A) adjust the centring brackets (B) so that they are
about 20 mm wider than the roll and central to the
roller (C).
• Adjust the trench openers (D) by loosening the
bolts (E) and moving them so that the space betwe-
en their narrowest points (X) is 300 mm less than
the film width.
• Adjust the height of the trench openers (D) by loo-
sening the bolt (F) and lower them so that they are
60-100 mm lower than the roller.
• Proceed to the adjustment of the rear press whe-
els (G). Loosening the bolt (H), slide the axle so
that the wheel is at least 80-100 mm on top of the
plastic.
• Adjust the width of the rear covering disks (I) by loose-
ning the bolts (L) and moving the outermost points (M)
at least 100-150 mm wider than the plastic.
• Next, proceed to the height adjustment of the rear
covering disks (I) by loosening the bolts (N) and
lower them so that they are 60-80 mm lower than
the roller.
