EVITARE I FLUIDI AD ALTA
pRESSIONE
• Gli spruzzi di fluido in pressione possono penetrare
sotto la cute causando gravi lesioni.
• Prima di scollegare i tubi idraulici, togliere la pres-
sione. Serrare tutte le giunzioni prima di rimettere
in pressione.
• Usare un pezzo di cartone per individuare le per-
dite.
• Proteggere le mani ed il corpo dai fluidi ad alta
pressione, utilizzando appropriati dispositivi di pro-
tezione individuale (DPi).
CONTROLLO pNEUMATICI
• Verificare la pressione di gonfiaggio.
• Controllare se presentano tagli, usura, oggetti
estranei nel battistrada.
• Verificare infine se vi sono bulloni allentati o man-
canti.
CILINDRI IDRAULICI
Quando i cilindri rimangono inutilizzati per alcuni mesi,
bisogna farli movimentare, in modo da creare una
pellicola di olio sullo stelo (A) in modo da prevenire
una futura corrosione e ruggine.
Le guarnizioni ed anelli raschiaolio (B) dei cilindri
idraulici vanno controllati e sostituiti se guasti.

AVOID FLUIDS AT HIGH
pRESSURE
• The pressurized fluid sprays penetrate under the
skin causing serious injuries.
• Discharge the pressure before disconnecting the
hydraulic pipes. Tighten all the joints before pres-
surizing the pipes again.
• Use a piece of cardboard to check for leaks.
• Hands and the body must be protected from high
pressure fluids by using appropriate personal pro-
tection devices (PPD).
TYRES CHECK
• Check the inflation pressure.
• Check for any cuts, wear, foreign bodies in the tre-
ad.
• Lastly, check for any loose or missing bolts.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
When the cylinders remain idle for a few months, it is
necessary to run them, in order to lay an oil film on
the rod (A) so as to prevent any future corrosion and
rusting.
Seals and scraper rings (B) of hydraulic cylinders must
be checked and replaced when broken.
