SL Powered Swivel LED Fault Diagnosis
LED 1 RED: indicates motor fault (swivel or footrest motor) or
PCB fault.
LED on: motor fault or PCB fault detected
Note: motor fault relates to a motor being open circuit with the
wago motor plug. present.
LED 2 YELLOW: indicates the state of the swivel centred
switch.
LED on: switch open.
LED off: switch closed.
LED 3 RED: indicates low voltage and over current conditions.
LED flashes: over current detected.
LED on: low voltage detected.
LED 4 YELLOW: indicates changes with slowing switches and
footrest position switch.
• Swivel in motion:
LED on: slowing switch is closed
LED off: slowing switch is open
• Footrest in motion:
LED pulse: footrest position switch changed state
• No motion:
LED pulse: footrest position switch changed state.

LED 5 YELLOW: indicates a valid call exists.
LED on: direction call or footrest call has been
generated.
LED 6 GREEN: indicates the PCB status.
LED flashes: PCB is running and comms are es-
tablished.
LED on: comms are not established.
LED single pulse: motor current sense to stop
detected.
Note: LED single pulse = LED lights once for
approximately one second.
Comms = a communication link between the
powered swivel PCB and the carriage control
PCB must be established for correct operation of
the stairlift and powered swivel.
