Fit the limit assemblies to the lower tube
•
section.
Having obtained the correct footrest height
•
move the limit assembly to the correct posi-
tion and mark the rail for drilling.
Note: Ensure that the limit assembly at the
top of the rail is fitted a minimum of 10mm
from end of rail.
Drill Ø4.2mm holes through the slot in the
•
limit assembly and into the rail then tap M5.
This allows a small amount of adjustment.
Fix the limit assemblies to the rail using two
•
pan head screw (Figure 1).
The charger will be situated either at the
•
top or bottom of the stairs, depending on
the position of the power point.
Connect the charger.
•
For intermediate charging and stopping,
•
position the charging and slowing ramps
according to Rail Drawing.
Ensure that when the carriage is run onto
•
the charging ramp, it does not make con-
tact with the ultimate stop position on the
ramp.
Drill Ø4.2mm in rail using holes in brackets
•
as a guide, then tap M5. Secure using pan
head screw.

Bringen Sie die Begrenzungselemente an dem

unteren Rohrabschnitt an.
Nachdem Sie die gewünschte Höhe für die

Fußstütze eingestellt haben, bringen Sie das
Begrenzungselement in die richtige Position und
bringen an der Schiene eine Markierung für die
Bohrung an.
HINWEIS: Die Begrenzungsgruppe am oberen
Ende der Schiene muss mindestens 10 mm vor
dem Ende der Schiene angebracht sein.
Löcher 4,2mm durch den Schlitz im
•
Begrenzungselement in die Schiene bohren und
M5 anklopfen. Dadurch wird eine geringfügige
Justierung ermöglicht.
Die Begrenzungselemente mit zwei
•
Flachkopfschrauben an der Schiene an der
Schiene anbringen (Abbildung 1).
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Fahrgestell nicht mit
•
der letzten Halteposition des Bügels in Berührung
kommt, wenn es auf den Ladebügel gelenkt wird.
Ladegerät anschließen.
•
Bringen Sie die Ladebügel an und befestigen Sie
•
das Ladegerät.
Wenn zwischendurch geladen und gestoppt
•
werden soll, bringen Sie die Lade- und
Bremsbügel wie in Zeichnung für die Schienen
angegeben an.
Loch Ø 4,2mm in die Schiene bohren-dabei die
•
Löcher in den Haltern zum Markieren verwenden
und M5 anklopfen - und mit der
Flachkopfschraube befestigen.
