• 5x axleplate screws – tightening torque 3 Nm ⃝
• Disc brake versions: 4x brake rotor mounting bolts – tightening torque 10 Nm
Thread-lock compounds must not be used! ⃝

Chainline/beltline correct? ⃝
Chain/Belt tension correct with regards to manufacturers literature? ⃝
• Belt drive system
Carbon Drive sprocket correctly mounted to Rohloff Lock-Ring Carrier?
Outer face of lock-ring flush with end of lock-ring carrier and secured to correct
– tightening torque 30 Nm ⃝
• Spoke tension correct (min. 1000 N with mounted and correctly inflated tire)? ⃝
• SPEEDHUB axle in frame
Quick Release security skewer (e.g Pit-Lock – if applicable) - max. 7 Nm
M10x1 axle nuts – max. 35 Nm
A12 Axle bolts – tightening torque 15-20 Nm (Nordlock washers fitted) ⃝
SPEEDHUB equipped bicycle with mechanical gear mech (Twist Shifter):
• Twist Shifter
2x clamp screws – tightening torque 2 Nm
Shifter rotates freely. All 14 Gänge present = 14 gears = 13 'clicks'
2 to 5mm play present on shifter itself ⃝
• Cable routing
No tight bends or 'kinks'. Cables move smoothly.
Cables show no signs of damage caused by collisions with other components
Cable routing does not hinder adjacent ccomponents. ⃝
• Gear Mech
External Gear Mech: Knurled nut of cable box secured hand-tight
Internal Gear Mech: Bayonet connectors secured correctly (male/female
connector screws at 90° to another ⃝
SPEEDHUB equipped bicycle with electronic gear mech (E-14):
• E-14 Switch Unit secured to handlebar with correct tightening torque 2 Nm ⃝
• Cable routing
Cables not 'kinked', nor show signs of abrasion where they exit/enter the frame
Cables show no signs of damage caused by collisions with other components
Cables do not not hinder adjacent ccomponents. ⃝
• 14 Gears (= 13 Shift processes) present and indicated in eBike display ⃝
'Start Gear' programmed according to customers desire ⃝

Bicycle has been test riden and all functions have been tested ⃝
•
Copy of this completed P.D.I. supplied to customer upon collection of bicycle ⃝
