Procedure with an empty signal (Connexx Switch)

Empty signal for container 1 with switchover to container 2 and subsequent empty signal for
container 2
Status / action
Containers 1 and 2 full
Container 1 active
Level switch at the top
Pump operates
Container 1 empty
Level switch at the bottom
Injector solenoid valve opens -> suction starts
Pump Enable cancelled -> pump stops
Valve 1 closes, injector solenoid valve closes
Valve 2 opens, container 2 active
Injector solenoid valve opens -> suction starts
Level switch at the top
Container 1 is changed
Switch off alarm (buzzer) with the Quit button
Replace container 1
Acknowledge empty signal with button LL1
The control unit is now ready to switch from container 1 after the empty signal for container 2
Container 1 is not changed
Container 2 empty
Level switch at the bottom
Injector solenoid valve opens -> suction starts
Pump enable cancelled -> pump stops
Valve 1 closes, injector solenoid valve closes
No automatic switchover to container 2 due to
active empty signal LL1
Switch off alarm (buzzer) with the Quit button
Replace container 1
Acknowledge empty signal with button LL1
Injector solenoid valve opens -> suction starts
Replace container 2
Acknowledge empty signal with button LL2
