The following procedures are recommended:

4. Air connection
4.1 Interrupt compressed air supply to the device
4.2 Fit the compressed air line at the solenoid valve inlet on the Connexx Basic with the T-
connector.
4.3 Fit the ends of the compressed air line supplied (blue PE pipe 6/8) on the T-pieces from the
solenoid valve at the injector, and solenoid valve at switch-over valve 2.
4.4 Open compressed air supply to the device again.
NOTE
For the transfer valves at least 3.5 bar is necessary (see chapter 4.1.3).
5. Electrical connections
5.1 Fasten control lines of valve 1 and valve 2 to the mounting plate using cable ties and lead
upwards to the Connexx control unit.
5.2 Feed cable ends through the screw connections underneath to the inside
Use the free left screw connection for the cable from valve 1
Use the free right screw connection for the cable from valve 2
5.3 Open the lid of the control unit and connect the lead ends (refer also to 4.4.1, Figure 4.7)
Brown wire from valve 1 to X1 terminal 14 and white wire to X1 terminal 15
Brown wire from valve 2 to X1 terminal 16 and white wire to X1 terminal 17
5.4 Throw switch 1 on the DIL switch to ON to activate the reversal
(refer to chapter 4.4.4, Figure 4.9)
5.5 Close the lid again

1. Empty the lifting vessel and the siphon pipe
back into the container.
1.1 Switch the Connexx control unit off at the
main switch
1.2 Completely unscrew the throttle screw so
that air enters the lifting vessel
1.3 Allow the entire contents of the lifting vessel
and suction hose to run back into the drum.
1.4 Screw the throttle screw back on
2. Retrofit the existing suction pipe
2.1 Release Click & Plug coupling from container
2.2 Undo the screw clip on the suction hose at
the lifting vessel connection and pull the
hose off the nozzle.
2.3 Undo the hose connection on the lifting
vessel by undoing the union nut.
2.4 Align the mounting plate with the lifting
vessel so that the connection union can be
mounted directly on the lifting vessel suction
connection.
2.5 Mark the holes and fasten the mounting plate
to the wall. Insert the O-rings supplied into
the union and hand-tighten the union nut on
the suction connection.
3. Connect the suction pipes
3.1 Stick the adhesive label with the number "2"
onto the existing Click & Plug coupling.
3.2 Shorten the PVC fabric hose to the required
length and attach the ends to valves 1 and 2
with screw clips, and Click & Plug couplings
1 and 2, respectively.
