Overview "Wall-mounting"

Depending on the local wall structure, appropriate fastening elements have to be used.
ATTENTION
The dowels which form part of the delivery are suitable only for the attachment to concrete
walls.
According to fig. 5.3 / 5.4 wall mounting has to be performed as follows:
Mark off the holes to be drilled at the intended locations (the equipment mounting plate can
be used as template).
1. Drill the holes and insert the dowels.
2. Fasten the mounting plate, complete with the equipment mounted on it, to the wall as
shown in Figs. 5.3 and 5.4.
3. When retrofitting the container switch-over facility as an enhancement of the Connexx
Basic system (retrofitting kit 282603), install the mounting plate for the switch-over valves
under the Basic unit as shown in Fig. 5.4.

Installation of the upgrade module

Only the 282603 module is required to retrofit a Connexx Basic with reversing valves for
automatic barrel changeover. However this will requires sufficient space under the Connexx
Basic for the mounting plate on which the valves are pre-assembled (refer to Figure 5.5). It
should be pointed out that at least 3.5 bar are required to switch the reversing valves.
The materials required for the conversion are contained in the scope of delivery.
Wear suitable protective clothing, safety glasses and protective gloves when installing the
upgrade module.
Switch off the unit at the control unit and disconnect it from the mains before starting the

Repairs on electrical equipment may only be carried out by trained electricians (Employers'
Liability Association safety rules VB G 4 and ZH 1/11).
