The position of the float can be controlled through the side suction openings. If the float is
below you can see through the openings.

It is possible due to the shipment of the devices that the float may get caught up in the
NOTE
upper position. This should be inspected prior to commissioning.

Structure of control electronics
The control electronics of the Connexx unit integrates a main PCB (with microprocessor chip).
All standard functions of the device are controlled through this PCB.
The main PCB contains:
• switch output for empty signal of supply
container 1 and 2 (LL1/2)
(zero-potential contact)
• switch output for pump enable (zero-
potential contact)
• switch output collective error signal
(ALARM) (zero-potential contact)
• Relay output for the solenoid valve at the
24VDC lifting vessel.
• switch outputs for two control valves
(only with container change-over) 24 VDC
• switch output for internal buzzer 24 VDC
• power supply 24 VAC
• input for external enable signal
(zero-potential contact)
• input for level switch from the lifting vessel
(zero-potential contact)
• 3 push buttons for the acknowledgement of signals LL1, LL2 and QUIT
(see chapter 4.4.3)
• 4 LED displays for ON, LL1, LL2 and collective error signal (see chapter 4.4.3)
• DIL switch fort he setting with/without vessel change over as well as the timer time
(see chapter 4.4.4)
