LED displays / fault
Green LED ON does not light
Collective fault signal and
permanent red light at LL1

Cause
Power supply interrupted.
Main switch on OFF.
Safety fuse F1 on PCB defective.
Short circuit or interruption of
solenoid valve container 1.
Short circuit or interruption of
solenoid valve container 2.
Short circuit or interruption of the
lever-solenoid valve.
Solenoid valve mechanically stuck.
Float of overfill protection locks
suction inlet.
Cable break of the level switch.
Float of overfill protection locks
suction inlet.
Compressed air tapered too much.
Set suction time too short.
The supply of compressed air is
insufficient.
Drawing in of air in the suction tube.

Rectification
Ensure power supply.
Set main switch to ON.
Install new safety fuse 5 x 20
2AT.
Check connection, replace
solenoid valve if necessary.
Check connection, replace
solenoid valve if necessary.
Check connection, replace
solenoid valve if necessary.
Interrupt compressed air supply.
Switch off device by turning main
switch onto OFF.
Replace solenoid valve.
Completely unscrew throttle
screw until float drops
(see chapter 4.3).
Switch off device by turning main
switch onto OFF.
Replace level switch.
Completely unscrew throttle
screw until float drops
(see chapter 4.3).
Open throttle further.
Increase the suction time.
Check the supply of compressed
air.
Inspection of the suction
connections and the suction
tube.
