7.2 Mounting the motor with

coupling to CKK 12-90,

CKK 15-110 and CKK 20-145
• Mounting motor MSK 030C with
coupling to CKK 12-90 ! 7.1.

The maximum torque and maxi-
mum speed of the motor must not
exceed the limits for the Compact
Module! See "Compact Modules"
catalog.
• Push the coupling halves onto the
drive journals of the Compact Module
(1) and the motor (2).
• Adjust the clearance A and B as given
in the table.
• Tighten the screws on the coupling
halves with tightening torque M
• Push the ring gear (3) onto one
coupling half.
• Insert the motor mount (4) into the
locating feature on the Compact
Module and screw down with
tightening torque M (! 1.4).

• Align the motor and the one coupling
half with the other coupling half (5)
and press the halves together fi rmly to
engage the coupling.
• Insert the motor in the locating feature
of the motor mount and screw down
with tightening torque M (! 1.4).

Check the E-STOP switch before
initial start-up!

• Montage du moteur MSK 030C avec
accouplement sur le CKK 12-90 ! 7.1.

Le couple moteur maximum et la
vitesse de rotation ne doivent pas dé-
passer les valeurs limites du module
compact ! Voir le catalogue « Modules
Compacts ».
• Glisser les moyeux d'accouplement
sur l'arbre moteur du module compact
(1) et du moteur (2).
• Régler les écarts A et B selon le
tableau.
• Serrer les vis des moyeux d'accouple-
ment au couple de serrage M
.

• Insérer la couronne dentée (3) sur un
moyeu d'accouplement.
• Introduire la lanterne (4) dans le cen-
trage du module compact et la fi xer au
couple de serrage M
• Aligner le moteur avec un moyeu d'ac-
couplement par rapport au deuxième
moyeu (5) et refermer les deux moyeux
en appuyant fortement dessus.
• Introduire le moteur dans le centrage
du moyeu et le fi xer en serrant au cou-
ple de serrage M

Contrôler l'interrupteur d'arrêt
d'urgence avant la première mise en
marche !

• Montare il motore MSK 030C con il
giunto nel CKK 12-90. ! 7.1.

• Montare i semigiunti sul codolo di
azionamento del Linearmodulo
Compact (1) e del motore (2).
• Regolare le distanze A e B in base alla
tabella.
• Serrare le viti dei semigiunti con cop-
pia di serraggio M

• Infi lare la corona dentata (3) su un
semigiunto.
• Calzare la fl angia (4) utilizzando come
riferimento il diametro di centraggio
(! 1.4). del Linearmodulo Compact e serrare

con coppia di serraggio M
• Allineare il motore con un semigiunto
in corrispondenza con l'altro (5) e
assemblare esercitando una forte
pressione.
• Introdurre il motore utilizzando come
riferimento il diametro di centraggio
(! 1.4). della fl angia e serrare con coppia di
