10.8 Replacing the fi xed bearing
on CKK 25-200
If the Compact Module is
in stalled vertically or on a slant, take
precautions to prevent the carriage
from dropping!
Switch off the power supply!
• Remove the motor with coupling and
motor mount. ! 7.4
• Remove the motor with side drive tim-
ing belt. ! 7.6
Removing the fi xed bearing end
block
• Loosen the set screws in the slotted
nut (1).
• Move the carriage until it is 100 mm
from the fi xed bearing end block.
• Remove the socket head cap screws
(2).
• Pull the fi xed bearing end block with
the ball screw drive (BS) a little way
out of the frame:
• Do not pull the block out more than
20 to max. 30 mm to ensure that the
fl oating bearing will not slip out of the
bore in the fl oating bearing block.
• Remove the strip wipers.
F Just behind the fi xed bearing
block the screw has 16 mm wide fl ats
for a 25 mm wrench (3).
• Hold the screw radially in place using
a suitable open-jawed wrench (4).
• Remove the slotted nut (5).
• Do not move the screw axially.
• Insert a suitable screwdriver between
the open-jawed wrench (4) and the fi xed
bearing block (6) and carefully lever the
fi xed bearing block off the screw.
F If necessary, remove the straight
pins.
Removing the fi xed bearing
(angular contact ball bearing)

Fit plastic jaws to the vise.
• Clamp the bearing block in the vise.
• Remove the socket head cap screws.
• Lever out the fi xed bearing, taking
care not to tilt it.

A bearing may be worn or dam-
aged without this being detectable
from the outside. Do not re-use any
defective bearings.

inclinés de modules compacts !
Couper l'alimentation électrique !
• Démonter le moteur avec l'accouple-
ment et la lanterne. ! 7.4
• Démonter le moteur avec renvoi par
poulies et courroie. ! 7.6
Démontage de l'entretoise de
palier fi xe
• Desserrer les vis sans tête dans
l'écrou à encoches (1).
• Rapprocher le plateau et le mettre à
100 mm de l'entretoise de palier fi xe.
• Retirer les vis à tête cylindrique (2).
• Retirer légèrement l'entretoise de
palier fi xe avec la VAB du corps
principal :
• Ne les tirer que de 20 à 30 mm
maximum pour que le palier libre
ne tombe pas de son alésage dans
l'entretoise.
• Retirer les racleurs de bande.
F Deux méplats de 16 mm pour une
clé de 25 est situé derrière l'entretoise
de palier fi xe, à proximité de celle-ci (3).
• Maintenir la vis radialement à l'aide
d'une clé plate adéquate (4).
• Dévisser l'écrou à encoches (5).
• Ne pas déplacer la vis axialement.
• Introduire un tournevis adapté entre
la clé plate (4) et l'entretoise de palier
fi xe (6) et désolidariser prudemment
l'entretoise de la vis.
F Retirer éventuellement la vis sans
tête.
Démontage du palier fi xe (rou-
lement à billes à contact oblique)

Munir l'étau de mors de protec-
tion en plastique.
• Serrer l'entretoise dans l'étau.
• Desserrer les vis cylindriques.
• Retirer le palier fi xe par pression. Ne
pas gauchir le palier.

Il n'est pas toujours possible de
déceler l'usure ou l'endommagement
du palier de l'extérieur. Ne pas réutili-
ser les paliers défectueux !

Evitare la caduta della tavola con gli
accessori!
Staccare la corrente!
• Smontare il motore con il giunto e la
fl angia. ! 7.4
• Smontare il motore con la trasmissio-
ne a cinghia e puleggia. ! 7.6
Smontare la testata del cuscinetto
di vincolo assiale
• Allentare i grani fi lettati nella ghiera a
tacche (1).
• Spostare la tavola avvicinandola alla
testata del cuscinetto di vincolo assia-
le fi no a 100 mm dalla medesima.
• Rimuovere le viti cilindriche (2).
• Tirare leggermente dal profi lato di
base la testata del cuscinetto di vinco-
lo assiale con la vite a sfere:
• Estrarre dal profi lato di base solo
da 20 a massimo 30 mm affi nché
il cuscinetto di vincolo radiale non
scivoli via dal foro della testata del
cuscinetto di vincolo radiale.
• Estrarre il serranastro.
F Proprio dietro la testata del cusci-
netto di vincolo assiale si trova nella vite
una superfi cie larga 16 mm dove poter
piazzare una chiave da 25 (3).
• Tenere ferma la vite in senso radiale
con una chiave fi ssa idonea (4).
• Svitare la ghiera a tacche (5).
• Non muovere la vite in senso assiale.
• Infi lare un cacciavite idoneo fra chiave
fi ssa (4) e testata del cuscinetto di
vincolo assiale (6) e con il medesimo
estrarre con cautela la testata dalla vite.
F Eventualmente rimuovere le spine
cilindriche.
F Smontare il cuscinetto di vin-
colo assiale (cuscinetto a doppia
corona di sfere)

Mettere ganasce di plastica nella morsa.
• Bloccare la testata.
• Svitare le viti cilindriche.
• Estrarre il cuscinetto di vincolo assiale
facendo attenzione a non inclinarlo.
c
Dall'esterno non è accertabile se
un cuscinetto è usurato o danneggiato.
Non utilizzare più i cuscinetti difettosi!
