10.3 Special tool
F Special pin wrenches (1) and
torque wrenches (2) have proved very
useful for installing and removing ring
nuts.
Pin wrenches
• Please order from Bosch Rexroth AG:
• For replacing fi xed bearings,
part numbers listed under A,
• For replacing ball screw drives
(BS), part numbers listed under B.
Torque wrenches
• Please order the wrenches directly
from Hoffmann GmbH, quoting the
part numbers listed under C.

F "2L" and "10" in the part numbers

10.4 Removing the cover
If the Compact Module is in-
stalled vertically or on a slant, take
precautions to prevent the carriage
from dropping!
Switch off the power supply!
• Remove the motor with coupling.

• Remove the motor mount.
• Remove the motor with timing belt
side drive. ! 7.6
Removing the screws
• Move the carriage as close as pos-
sible to the fl oating bearing end block,
turning the screw by hand.
• Remove the fi xing screws from the
aluminum cover.
• Remove the screws from both end
blocks.

F Diverses clés à ergot (1) et clés
dynamométriques (2) se sont imposées
pour le montage et le démontage de
bagues fi letées.
Clé à ergot
• A commander chez Bosch Rexroth AG :
• Pour l'échange de paliers fi xes :
clés à ergot selon la référence A,
• Pour l'échange de vis à billes
(VAB) : clés à ergot selon la réfé-
rence B.
Clé dynamométrique
• A commander directement chez

10.4 Démontage du cache de
protection
Prévenir la chute du plateau
pour les montages verticaux ou incli-
nés de modules compacts !
Couper l'alimentation électrique !
• Démonter le moteur et l'accouple-
ment. ! 7.4
• Démonter la lanterne.
• Démonter le moteur et le renvoi. ! 7.6
Desserrer les vis
• Rapprocher le plateau autant que pos-
sible de l'entretoise de palier libre –
pour ce faire, tourner la vis à la main.
• Retirer les vis du cache de protection
en aluminium.
• Retirer les vis des deux entretoises.

F Per lo smontaggio ed il montaggio
di ghiere fi lettate chiavi a perni laterali
(1) e chiavi dinamometriche (2) speciali
hanno dato ottimi risultati.
Chiavi a perni laterali
• Ordinare presso la Bosch Rexroth AG:
• per la sostituzione di cuscinetti di
vincolo assiale conformemente a
numero di ordinazione A,
• per la sostituzione della vite a
sfere conformemente al numero di
ordinazione B.
Chiavi dinamometriche
• Ordinare direttamente presso la
Hoffmann GmbH in base a numero di
ordinazione C.

F Le specifi che "2L" e "10" nel
numero di ordinazione C sono riferite
a dimensioni.
10.4 Smontare la protezione
Pericolo in caso di montaggio
verticale dei Linearmoduli Compact!
Evitare la caduta della tavola con gli
accessori!
Staccare la corrente!
• Smontare il motore con il giunto.
! 7.4
• Smontare la fl angia.
• Smontare il motore con trasmissione
a cinghia e puleggia. ! 7.6
Allentare le viti
• Avvicinare quanto più possibile la
tavola alla testata del cuscinetto di
vincolo radiale – a tale scopo girare
la vite a mano.
• Estrarre le viti dalla copertura in allu-
minio.
• Estrarre le viti da entrambe le testate.
