Installing the counterbearing
(only for CKK 9-70)
• Push the fi rst lock washer (3) onto the
screw end as a stop.
• Push the bearing (2) manually onto
the screw end and secure it with the
second lock washer (1).
• Carefully push the bearing fl ange (4)
onto the bearing and screw it down
on the housing.
Mounting the second belt sprocket
and motor for i = 1
• To make sure the second belt sprock-
et can be easily inserted, premount
the motor as close as possible to the
Compact Module.
• Push the belt sprocket and tensioning
unit onto the motor journal.
• Adjust clearance B to the housing.
• Mount the tensioning unit. !⌧ 7.5.3
• Loosen the motor mounting screws.
• Screw suitable screws into the tapped
holes (2) provided on the two motor
strips (1) for pretensioning.
F The pretensioning force F depends
on the size of the Compact Module, the
motor, belt sprockets, and on the torque.
The pretensioning value is indicated on
the inside of the gear cover. If the timing
belt side drive is not mounted horizon-
tally, take account of the dead weight of
the motor!
• Pull the motor away from the Compact
Module with pretensioning force F and
screw the motor down.
Montage du contre-palier
(uniquement pour CKK 9-70)
• Introduire le premier circlips (3) en
tant que butée sur l'extrémité d'arbre.
• Mettre le roulement (2) sur l'extrémité
de l'arbre, le pousser et le fi xer à l'aide
du second circlips (1).
• Introduire prudemment la bride (4) sur
le roulement et la visser sur le boîtier.
Montage de la deuxième poulie et
du moteur avec i = 1
• Prémonter le moteur le plus près pos-
sible du module compact afi n que la
deuxième poulie puisse être enfi lée
sans diffi culté.
• Insérer la poulie et la frette sur la
sortie d'arbre du moteur.
• Régler l'écart B par rapport au boîtier.
• Monter la pièce de bridage. !⌧ 7.5.3
• Desserrer la fi xation du moteur.
• Visser des vis adéquates dans les
taraudages (2) des deux réglettes (1)
de fi xation du moteur prévues pour la
précharge.
F La force de précharge F dépend
de la taille du module compact, du mo-
teur, des poulies ainsi que du couple de
serrage. Tous les éléments sont indiqués
à l'intérieur du couvercle du renvoi. Tenir
compte de la masse propre du moteur si
le renvoi par poulies et courroie n'est pas
horizontal lors du montage !
• Eloigner le moteur du module com-
pact en appliquant la force de pré-
charge F et serrer les vis de fi xation.

Montare il controsupporto
(soltanto CKK 9-70)
• Calzare il primo anello di fermo (3)
sull'estremità della vite come riferimen-
to fi sso.
• Calzare a mano il cuscinetto (2)
sull'estremità della vite e fi ssare con il
secondo anello di fermo (1).
• Calzare la sede del cuscinetto (4) sul
cuscinetto con cautela ed avvitare
saldamente al supporto.
Montare la seconda puleggia della
cinghia ed il motore con i = 1
• Per poter infi lare la seconda puleggia
della cinghia senza diffi coltà premon-
tare il motore quanto più vicino possi-
bile al Linearmodulo Compact.
• Infi lare la puleggia della cinghia ed il
calettatore nel codolo del motore.
• Regolare la distanza B verso il sup-
porto.
• Montare il calettatore. !⌧ 7.5.3
• Allentare il fi ssaggio del motore.
• Avvitare viti idonee in entrambi i listelli
del motore (1) nel foro fi lettato (2)
previsto per il precarico.
F La forza di precarico F dipende
dalle dimensioni, dal motore, dalle pu-
legge e dalla coppia. I valori di precarico
sono indicati sul lato interno del coper-
chio del rotismo. Se durante il montaggio
la trasmissione a cinghia e puleggia non
si trova in posizione orizzontale, conside-
rare il peso del motore!
• Al fi ne di precaricare la trasmissione a
cinghia e puleggia, tirare direttamente
il motore con forza di precarico F ed
avvitare le viti di fi ssaggio.
