CKK 20-145: Removing the fi xed
bearing (angular contact ball
bearing) from the end block
• Lay the end block down on a solid
surface and drive the bearing out of
the block.

Press only on the outer race of
the bearing! Do not tilt the bearing!
• Press the fi xed bearing into the block
as far as it will go, taking care not to
tilt it!

Do not tilt the bearing!
• Push the block with fi xed bearing onto
the screw.
• Tighten the slotted nut (1) with double
the specifi ed tightening torque, loosen
it again, then retighten with the speci-
fi ed torque.
This will preload the angular contact ball
bearing.
• Fix the slotted nut in place with 2 set
screws (2) through the hole in the
block.

Do not remove the mounting
arbors from the carriage. Slowly push
the carriage on to the guide rails. Do
not tilt it!
• Slide the complete unit carefully into
the frame, with the fl oating bearing
fi rst.
• Push the strip guides onto the ends of
the guide rails as far as they will go.

• Déposer l'entretoise sur un support
stable et pousser le palier fi xe hors de
l'entretoise.

Ne pousser que sur la bague
extérieure du palier ! Ne pas gauchir
le palier !
• Pousser le palier fi xe dans l'entretoise
jusqu'en butée sans gauchir le palier !

Ne pas gauchir le palier !
• Glisser l'entretoise avec le palier fi xe
sur la vis.
• Serrer l'écrou à encoches (1) au dou-
ble du couple de serrage indiqué, le
desserrer et le resserrer au couple de
serrage indiqué.
Le roulement à billes à contact oblique
est ainsi précontraint.
• Fixer l'écrou à encoches avec les
2 vis sans tête (2) à travers l'orifi ce
de l'entretoise.

Ne pas retirer l'auxiliaire de mon-
tage du plateau. Glisser lentement le
plateau sur les rails de guidage et ne
pas le gauchir !
• Introduire prudemment l'unité complè-
te avec les roulements de palier libre
dans le corps principal.
• Glisser les renvois sur les extrémités
des rails de guidage jusqu'en butée.

• Appoggiare la testata su un supporto
fi sso e facendo pressione far fuoriusci-
re il cuscinetto di vincolo assiale dalla
testata.

Fare pressione solo sull'anello
esterno del cuscinetto! Non inclinare
il cuscinetto!
• Facendo pressione infi lare il cuscinet-
to di vincolo assiale nella testata fi no
all'arresto facendo attenzione a non
inclinarlo!

Non inclinare il cuscinetto!
• Calzare la testata con il cuscinetto di
vincolo assiale sulla vite.
• Serrare la ghiera a tacche (1) con dop-
pia coppia di serraggio, riallentare e
avvitare serrando con coppia semplice.
Con ciò viene precaricato il cuscinetto a
doppia corona di sfere.
• Fissare la ghiera a tacche con due
grani fi lettati (2) attraverso il foro che
si trova nella testata.

Non rimuovere il dispositivo di
montaggio dalla tavola. Infi lare la tavola
lentamente nelle guide su rotaia facen-
do attenzione a non inclinare!
• Infi lare con cautela l'unità completa nel
profi lato di base con il cuscinetto di
vincolo radiale in avanti.
• Calzare i deviatori nelle estremità delle
guide su rotaia fi no all'arresto.
