7•2 Entretien de la transmission avance
• Pour tous les travaux sur le système de transmission, arrêtez
le moteur et retirez la clé de contact. Coupez l'alimentation
électrique à l'aide du coupe circuit. Actionnez le frein
parking.
• Contrôlez régulièrement, avant chaque tonte le niveau
d'huile contenu dans le reservoir hydraulique situé sous le
capot central.
• Avant chaque utilisation de la machine, assurrez-vous du
bon fonctionnement du système des pédales marche avant/
arrière.
Les pédales doivent revenir en position neutre (de départ)
lorsqu'elle sont relâchées.
Soumis aux intempéries et aux UV, les caractéristiques
techniques des flexibles hydrauliques se détériorent. Afin d'en
garantir la résistance à l'abrasion, la résistance à la rupture, et
la tenue à la pression nominale, nous vous recommandons de
changer la totalité des flexibles tous les 5 ans. Cette opération
est à réaliser par votre concessionnaire.
7•2 Underhåll av transmissionssystemet
• Stanna motorn och dra ur tändningsnyckeln innan du
arbetar i transmissionssystemet. Avbryt elförsörjningen med
hjälp av kretsbrytaren. Manövrera parkeringsbromsen.
• Kontrollera regelbundet och före varje klippning
oljemängden i behållaren som befinner sig under mitthuven.
• Före varje användning, se till att pedalerna för framåt-
och bakåtdrift fungerar normalt. Pedalerna bör återgå till
neutralläge (utgångsläge) när de släpps.
Hydraulslangarna kan försämras då de utsätts för oväder och
UV-strålar. För att garantera slangarnas nötningsbeständighet
och rivstyrka samt hållbarhet vid nominellt tryck,
rekommenderar vi dig att byta ut dem alla vart 5:e år. Detta
arbete bör utföras av återförsäljaren.
7•2 Maintenance of the transmission
• When carrying out work on the transmission system, always
switch off the engine and remove the ignition key. Use the
circuit-breaker to turn off the electric supply. Close the hand
brake.
• Regularly check the level of the hydraulic oil in the tank
underneath the central bonnet before each mowing
operation.
• Before each use, make sure that the forward/back pedals are
operating correctly.
The pedals must come back to the neutral position (starting
position) when released.
In bad weather conditions and in case of UV exposition,
technical specification of hydraulic pipes can be damaged.
In order to ensure rupture and abrasion resistance as well as
a constant pressure, we recommend you to change all pipes
every 5 years. This operation has to be done by your dealer.
7.2.1 Vérification du niveau d'huile du réservoir
hydraulique
• Arrêtez le moteur lors du contrôle.
• Garez la machine sur une surface horizontale.
• Ouvrez le capot moteur.
Le niveau d'huile doit en permanence être maintenu entre le
marquage "MINI" et "MAXI" moulé dans le réservoir
(photo 12 - page 55).
• Modèles H124DN - H124DX - H124DS - H144M - H144MX :
- Faites l'appoint avec une huile hydraulique de qualité HV
46. Etesia préconise une huile (SHELL Tellus T 46) réf. 29592
(bidon de 2 litres).
- L'appoint, comme le remplissage ne peuvent se faire qu'à
travers l'embout mâle (a - photo 36 - page 70).
- Utilisez un groupe de filtration équipé d'un filtre 25 µm réf.
29977.
- Connectez l'embout femelle du groupe de filtration sur
l'embout mâle du réservoir hydraulique après avoir retiré le
capuchon de protection et nettoyé l'embout mâle du
réservoir.
7.2.1 Kontroll av nivån i hydrauloljebehållaren
• Stäng av motorn medan du utför kontrollen.
• Se till att maskinen står på plan mark.
• Öppna motorhuven.Oljenivån bör alltid vara mellan "MINI"-
och "MAXI"-märkena som syns på behållaren (bild 12, sida
55).
• Modellerna H124DN - H124DX - H124DS - H144M - H144MX :
- Fyll på ny hydraulolja av typen HV 46. Etesia
rekommenderar en olja (SHELL Tellus T 46) med art.nr
29592 (2 liters dunk).
- Du kan bara fylla på genom hankopplingen (a, bild 36, sida
70).
- Använd en filtreringsenhet med ett 25 µm filter art.nr
29977.
- Anslut filtreringsenhetens honkoppling till
hydraulbehållarens hankoppling efter att ha tagit bort
skyddslocket och rengjort behållarens hankoppling.
7.2.1 Hydrostatic oiltank level check
• Engine's stopped whilst the controls.
• Position the machine on a flat surface.
• Open the engine bonnet.
The oil level should remain between the "MAXI" and "MINI"
located in the tank (photo 12 - page 55).
• H124DN - H124DX - H124DS - H144M - H144MX Models :
- Top up with quality oil HV 46. Etesia recommends Shell
Tellus T 46 oil ref. 29592 (2 liters can).
- The top up operation is do at the nipple. (a-photo 36 - page
70).
- Use a 25 µ filtration unit (ref. 29977).
- Connect the female connecting piece of the filtering unit to
the male piece of the hydraulic tank after you've removed
the protection cap and cleaning the tank's male connecting
piece.
