6•11 Système de coupe
6.11.1 Démontage du système de coupe
(H124DN - H124B - H124DX - H124BX -
H124DS - H124BS)
• Engagez le frein parking.
• Mettez la machine sous tension en tournant la clé de contact
en position I.
• Positionnez l'enceinte de coupe en position hauteur de
coupe mini.
• Coupez la mise sous tension et retirez la clé de contact.
• Avant de procéder au démontage, protégez vos mains avec
des gants de travail.
• Démontez les capots latéraux droit et gauche, en
dévissant les poignées de fixation et en poussant les capots
vers l'avant pour les dégager de leur axe support arrière.
• Tirez sur la courroie transmission lame vers l'avant d'une
main, de l'autre main faites-la légèrement déjanter de la
poulie d'entrée du renvoi d'angle en tournant lentement la
poulie (Photo 16 - Page 59).
6•11 Klippsystem
6.11.1 Demontering av klippsystemet

• Lägg i parkeringsbromsen.
• Sätt maskinen under spänning genom att vrida
tändningsnyckeln till läge I.
• Placera klippaggregatet i läget för minsta klipphöjd (mini).
• Slå ifrån tändningen och dra ur tändningsnyckeln.
• Ta på dig arbetshandskar innan du börjar demontera.
• Demontera den högra och den vänstra huven genom att
skruva loss fästhandtagen och skjuta huvarna framåt för att
frigöra dem från deras bakre fäste.
• Dra med ena handen transmissionsremmen framåt och ta
med andra handen en aning loss den från vinkeldrevets
ingångsremskiva genom att vrida långsamt på remskivan
(bild 16, sida 59).
6•11 Cutting system
6.11.1 Removing the cutting system
(H124DN - H124B - H124DX - H124BX -
H124DS - H124BS)
• Apply the parking brake.
• Turn the machine on by turning the ignition key to position 1.
• Position the cutting deck to the minimum cutting height.
• Turn the machine off and remove the ignition key. Before
beginning the removal operations, protect your hands with
gloves.
• Remove the right and left-hand side covers by unscrewing
the fastening handles.
• Push the covers forward to take them off their rear supports.
• Pull the blade transmission belt forward and with the other
hand make it slightly rolling off the angle drive gear entry
pilly and make this one turn slowly. (photo 16 page 59).
Take care to not get your fingers jammed between
the belt and the pulley.
Prenez garde à ne pas vous coincer les doigts entre
la courroie et la poulie.
• Repositionnez soigneusement les mains comme indiqué sur
la photo 16 et continuez à tourner la poulie jusqu'à ce que la
courroie soit entièrement dégagée.
Prenez garde à ne pas vous coincer les doigts
lorsque la poulie tendeur se plaquera contre la
poulie d'entrée du renvoi d'angle.
• Positionnez les roulettes extérieures de l'enceinte de coupe
en position complètement rentrée (photo 17 - page 58).
• Enlevez les poignées de fixation de l'enceinte de coupe sur le
bras avant de la hauteur de coupe (photo 18 - page 58) après
avoir retiré les 4 goupilles à anneau.
• Décrochez les ressorts de maintien des crochets
d'accrochage de l'enceinte de coupe sur les bras arrière (1
- photo 19 - page 58) et, d'un mouvement de rotation vers
l'arrière, dégagez les crochets des axes de fixation (2 - photo
19 - page 58).
• Avancez le système de coupe pour le dégager du canal d'éjection.
Var försiktig, så att fingrarna inte kilas fast mellan
remmen och remskivan.
• Placera omsorgsfullt händerna på det sätt som visas på bild
16 och fortsätt att vrida på remskivan, ända tills remmen har
frigjorts helt.
Se till att fingrarna inte kommer i kläm då
spännskivan lägger sig emot vinkeldrevets
ingångsremskiva.
• Placera klippaggregatets yttre hjul i helt indraget läge (bild
17, sida 58).
• Ta bort fästhandtagen för klippaggregatet på den främre
armen för klipphöjd (bild 18, sida 58), efter att du tagit bort
de 4 ringpinnarna.
• Haka loss fjädrarna för fasthållning av klippaggregatets
fästkrokar på de bakre armarna (1, bild 19, sida 58) och frigör
krokarna från fästbultarna (2, bild 19, sida 58) genom en
rotation bakåt.
• För klippsystemet framåt för att frigöra det från
utkastningskanalen.
• Reposition your hands as indicated on photo 16 and
continue to turn the pulley until the belt become totally
disengaged.
Take care to not get your fingers jammed when the
tension pulley come against the angle drive gear
entry pulley.
• Place the outer wheels of the cutting enclosure in the
highest position (photo 17 - page 58).
• Remove the four ringed pins of the cutting enclosure fixing
handles on the front arms of the cutting height (photo 18
- page 58).
• Take off the retaining springs from the fixing hooks of the
cutting enclosure on the rear arms (1 - photo 19 - page 58).
Use a backward turning motion to take the hooks off their
fastening pins (2 - photo 19 - page 58).
• Bring the cutting deck forward to clear the ejection channel.
• Take the cutting system out of the mower from the
left-hand side.
