COLLEGAMENTO CON
TUBO FLESSIBILE
a - Togliere dal raccordo
terminale del silenziatore la
ghiera e l'anello tagliente.
b - Assicurarsi che il raccordo
terminale sia ben fissato
sul silenziatore.
c - Pulire ed oliare i filetti e le
sedi.
d - Fissare il tubo flessibile
avendo cura che sia ben
serrato.

COLLEGAMENTO CON
TUBO RIGIDO
a - Tagliare a 90° la testa del
tubo con un seghetto -
NON CON UN
TAGLIATUBO.
b - Facendo attenzione a non
far cadere residui metallici
all'interno del tubo, sbavarlo
leggermente internamente
ed esternamente.
c - NOTA
ASSICURARSI CHE NON VI
SIANO SPORCIZIE ALL'INTERNO
DEL TUBO. QUESTE IMPURITÀ
POTREBBERO DANNEGGIARE
LE GUARNIZIONI DEL PISTONE
E DEL BLOCCO VALVOLE E
PREGIUDICARE IL CORRETTO
FUNZIONAMENTO
DELL'IMPIANTO.
d - Togliere la ghiera e
l'anello tagliente dal
raccordo terminale ed
infilarlo sul tubo.
e - Assicurarsi che l'anello
tagliente sia inserito come
mostrato in figura.
f - Assicurarsi che il raccordo
terminale sia ben fissato
sul silenziatore.
g - Pulire e lubrificare con un
leggero velo d'olio i filetti
e la sede del raccordo.
h - Inserire il tubo nel cono a
24° sino ad appoggiarlo
sulla battuta d'arresto
dello stesso.
i - Avvitare quindi con forza
la ghiera a mano finché si
sente che l'anello tagliente
appoggia bene al dado.
j - Avvitare successivamente
il dado impiegando una
chiave, sino a che lo
spigolo tagliente
dell'anello vada a contatto
del tubo e ne impedisca
la rotazione.

FLEXIBLE TUBE (HOSE)
CONNECTION
a - Remove the nut and the
compression-fitting ring
from the silencer joint.
b - Make sure that the
silencer joint is tight.
c - Clean and oil the thread
and joint area.
d - Connect the hose and
tighten.
4.2.4
RIGID TUBE
CONNECTION
a - Cut the end of the tube at
90( (use a hack saw, DO
NOT USE A TUBE
CUTTER).
b - Lightly file (make smooth)
the inside and outside
edges of the tube. Pay
attention not to drop chips
into the tube.
c - NOTE
MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS
NO DIRT INSIDE THE TUBE, AS
THIS CAN CAUSE A DAMAGE
TO THE GASKETS (SEALS) OF
THE PISTON AND THE VALVES,
JEOPARADISING THE
CORRECT FUNCTIONALITY OF
THE SYSTEM.
d - Remove the nut and the
compression-fitting ring
from the silencer joint.
e - Insert the compression-
fitting ring as shown in
the figure.
f - Make sure that the
silencer joint is tight.
g - Clean and apply a thin
layer of oil to the thread
and the joint area.
h - Insert the tube to the 24°
cone.
i - Turn the nut to tighten the
compression-fitting ring
well between the two
nuts.
j - Use two wrenches and
tighten the nut until the
ring comes in contact with
the tube until no more
rotation is possible.
