Il montaggio deve essere
effettuato a regola d'arte,
poiché esiste il pericolo di
proiezione del silenziatore
stesso per cattivo
fissaggio.
Per tutte le centraline con
distributori da 1"1/4 e 1"1/2,
comportarsi come descritto al
punto 4.1.11.
Per le centraline con
distributore da 2", comportarsi
come descritto dal punto
4.1.12 in poi.

SILENZIATORE CON
ATTACCO DA 1"1/4 E 1"1/2
a - Pulire e lubrificare con un
leggero velo d'olio i filetti
e la sede del raccordo.
b - Controllare che il tubo
presenti attorno all'anello
tagliente un bordo ben
sollevato.
c - Montare il silenziatore
sulla propria sede e
serrarlo nel seguente
modo:
d - Stringere la ghiera. Un
buon test, quando non si
ha a disposizione una
chiave dinamometrica è:
una volta che si è arrivati
a fondo corsa, stringere
per un ulteriore 1/4 di
giro.

ATTACCO DA 2"
a - Togliere gli eventuali tappi
di protezione.
b - Avvitare a fondo filetto la
ghiera di fissaggio,
assicurandosi che la
guarnizione rimanga dalla
parte della valvola.
c - Pulire e lubrificare con un
leggero velo d'olio i
filetti.
d - Avvitare il silenziatore
sulla valvola.
e - Serrare la ghiera.

put the unit down and remove
the ropes.

Check that the oil plug at the
bottom is in position and
tightly closed.

The mounting should be
performed skillfully,
because there is a risk of
the silencer flying out
forcefully if not mounted
properly.
For all power units with 1¼ "
and 1½ " distributors read
4.1.11.
For all power units with 2"
distributors 4.1.12.

SILENCERS WITH 1"¼ or
1"½ JOINTS
a - Clean and lubricate the
joint areas with a thin
layer of oil.
b - Check that the
compression ring has a
good grip on the pipe all
around.
c - Mount the silencer at the
installation site and
tighten it in the following
manner.
d - Tighten the nut first. If
you do not have a torque
wrench, once you reach
the end, tighten ¼ of a
full turn.

SILENCER WITH
2" JOINT
a - Remove protection caps.
b - Tighten the nut to the
silencer side until you
come to the end of the
threading. Make sure the
GASKETS (SEALS) stay
on the valve side.
c - Clean the joints, and
lubricate with a thin layer
of oil.
d - Mount the silencer to the
valve.
e - Tighten the nut.
