• En cas de débordement de la batterie lors du remplissage, rincez
abondamment les parties concernées, afin d'éviter les problèmes de
corrosion.
• Faites rajouter la partie d'acide manquante par votre concessionnaire.
7. 8 . Charge de la batterie
ATTENTION ! Ne pas débrancher la batterie lorsque le moteur
tourne. Enlevez la batterie de la tondeuse en déconnectant
d'abord la borne négative, puis la borne positive.
• Branchez la batterie au chargeur.
- Tension de charge : 12 V
- Courant de charge : max. 3 A
- Temps de charge : jusqu'à 12 heures suivant l'état de charge.
• Vérifiez le niveau d'électrolyte. Si nécessaire, faites le complément
avec de l'eau distillée.
• Revêtez les équipements de sécurité individuelle nécessaire lors de
la remise à niveau de la batterie (gants, lunettes de sécurité...)
• Une batterie au plomb dégage un mélange gazeux explosif
pendant la charge.
• Bei Überfüllen oder Auslaufen der Batterie, die betroffenen Stellen
am Gerät mit reichlich Wasser spülen, sonst entstehen rasch
Korrosionsschäden.
7. 8. Laden der Batterie
VORSICHT ! Nicht die Batterie abschalten, solange der Motor
noch läuft. Batterie aus dem Gerät nehmen indem zuerst der
Minus-Pol abgenommen wird und danach der Plus-Pol.
• Die Batterie am Ladegerät anschließen.
- Ladespannung : 12 V
- Ladestrom : Max. 3 Ampere
- Ladezeit : bis zu 12 Stunden, je nach Ladezustand
• Säuerestand prüfen, wenn nötig mit destilliertem Wasser auffüllen.
• Den verloreren Säureanteil durch einen Vertragshändler nachfüllen
lassen.
• Ziehen Sie die erforderlichen Schutzanzüge an beim nachfüllen der
Batterie (Handschuhe, Brillen...)
• If the battery overflows during filling, rinse affected parts
thoroughly in order to prevent any corrosion problems.
• Have any necessary acid added by your dealer.
7.8. Charging the battery
WARNING ! Do not disconnect the battery when the motor is
running. Remove the battery from the lawn mower, by firstly
disconnecting the negative terminal and then the positive
terminal.
• Connect the battery to the charger.
- Charge voltage: 12 V
- Charge current: max. 3A
- Charge time: up to 12 hours depending on the state of charge
• Check the electrolyte level. If necessary top up with distilled water.
• Wear the individual protection equipments that are necessary while
making the maintenance of the battery (safety glasses and gloves...)

De ce fait, évitez toute flamme, cigarette, étincelle. La batterie
contient de l'acide sulfurique qui est très dangereux et qui peut
provoquer de graves blessures en cas de contact avec la peau.
C'est pourquoi la plus grande prudence est conseillée.
ATTENTION ! En cas de contact avec la peau ou avec les
yeux, rincez abondamment à l'eau. Le cas échéant, prendre
contact immédiatement avec un médecin.
La batterie et l'acide doivent être tenus à l'écart des enfants.
7. 9. Elimination des batteries
Les batteries contiennent des matières dangereuses et ne doivent
en aucun cas être rejetées dans le milieu naturel. Elles sont soumises
à des règles précises d'élimination. Nous adhérons, pour
l'élimination des batteries marquées ETESIA, à la procédure
d'élimination mise en place dans les pays où la machine est
commercialisée.

Die Batterie enthält Schwefelsäure, die äußerst ätzend ist und bei

weshalb besondere Vorsicht angebracht ist.
ACHTUNG ! Bei Berührung mit der Haut oder den Augen sofort
reichlich mit Wasser spülen. Gegebenenfalls sofort einen Arzt
aufsuchen.
Batterie und Säure von Kindern fernhalten.
7.9.Entsorgung der Batterien
Die Batterien enthalten bestimmte gefährliche Inhaltsstoffe
und dürfen in keinem Fall in der Natur zurückgelassen werden.
Sie unterstehen Strengen Entsorgungsregeln. Wir treten dem
Entsorgungsverfahren bei für die ETESIA markierten Batterien in alle
Ländern wo die Maschine verkauft wird.
• A lead battery releases an explosive gaseous mixture during the
charge. Therefore avoid any flames, cigarettes and sparks.
The battery contains sulfuric acid which is very dangerous and can
cause severe injuries if it comes into contact with the skin. This is
why great care is recommended.
WARNING ! Hif it comes into contact with the skin or eyes,
rinse copiously with water, and if necessary call a doctor.
Keep the battery and acid out of reach of children.
7. 9.Elimination of batteries
Batteries contain hazardous materials and must under no
circumstances be disposed off into environment. They are subject of
specific rules governing their elimination. You can return your used
ETESIA batteries to your dealer free of charge, and he will take care
of their elimination. You can also give them to an organisation that
deals specifically with waste or take them to a special battery
collection point.
