The warranty
Each trophon EPR has a comprehensive warranty against defects in material and workmanship for 12
months from the date of delivery.
Service Schedule: When due, this will be indicated prior to commencing a disinfection cycle by the
screen message: Device Service Due, at weekly intervals until a service is performed. Service
intervals can also be accessed via the System Information, located in the trophon EPR LCD menu.
NOTE: Use only authorised service personnel to service the trophon EPR.
Modifying the trophon without authorisation will void your warranty.
