Mark the location for the outer rear mounting screw on the
bottom of the wing.

Use a pin vise and 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit to drill the hole
for the screw. Prepare the hole by threading the screw into
the hole and removing the screw. Place a few drops of thin
CA in the hole to harden the threads in the wood. Once the CA
has fully cured, install the screw to secure the corner of the
radiator.
Bohren Sie mit einem 1,5mm Handbohrer das Loch für die
Schraube. Drehen Sie die Schraube rein und wieder raus.
Geben Sie zum härten des Gewindes etwas dünnfl üssigen
Sekundenkleber in das Loch. Schrauben Sie die untere Ecke
des Kühlers fest nachdem der Kleber getrocknet ist.
Utilisez un foret de 1.5mm pour percer le trou de la vis de
fi xation. Préparez le trou en vissant une vis pour tailler les
fi lets dans le bois, puis retirez la vis. Placez quelques gouttes
de colle CA fi ne dans les trous pour durcir les fi lets. Une fois
que la colle est sèche, installez la vis pour fi xer le coin de la
prise d'air du radiateur.
Con una punta da 1,5mm forare per la sede della vite.
Preparare il foro avvitando la vite e poi togliendola prima di
mettere al suo interno un po' di colla CA per indurirlo. Quando
al colla è asciutta avvitare la vite per fi ssare l'angolo del
radiatore.

Repeat steps 5 and 6 to install the front inner screw. Make
sure the trim is aligned when marking for the screw.
Wiederholen Sie Schritte 5 und 6 für die inneren vorderen
Schrauben. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass die Lackierung der
Teile zu einander paßt wenn Sie die Schrauben markieren.
Répétez les étapes 5 et 6 pour installer la vis intérieure avant.
Contrôlez que la prise d'air est bien alignée avec la décoration
de l'aile.

The remaining screw locations can be drilled at this time.
Use care not to scratch the radiator scoop with the drill when
drilling the remaining six holes. Once drilled, prepare the
holes and secure the radiator scoop to the bottom of the wing.
There are a total of eight screws securing the radiator to the
wing when complete. Once all the holes have been drilled,
remove the radiator from the wing and prepare each hole by
threading a screw into the hole. Remove the screws and place
a few drops of thin CA in each hole. Once the CA has fully
cured, secure the radiator to the bottom of the wing.
Die verbleibenden Schraublöcher können jetzt ebenfalls
gebohrt werden. Bitte achten Sie darauf bei dem Bohren der 6
Löcher den Kühler nicht zu verkratzen. Sind die Löcher gebohrt
nehmen Sie den Kühler von der Tagfl äche ab und bereiten
jedes Loch durch eindrehen einer Schraube vor. Drehen Sie
die Schraube wieder heraus und geben ein paar Tropfen
dünnfl üssigen Sekundenkleber zum härten der Gewinde
hinein. Nachdem der Kleber ausgehärtet ist schrauben Sie den
Kühler an die Unterseite der Tragfl äche.
Les autres trous de fi xation peuvent être percés durant cette
étape. Prenez soin de ne pas rayer la prise d'air avec le foret
quand vous percez les trous. Une fois que les trous sont
percés, préparez-les en vissant une vis dans chacun afi n de
tailler les fi lets dans le bois, renforcez les fi lets à l'aide d'une
goutte de colle CA dans chaque trou. Une fois que la colle est
sèche, vous pouvez installer toutes les vis de fi xation.
A questo punto si possono forare le sedi delle altre viti
facendo attenzione a non rigare il radiatore. Una volta
fatti i fori, si possono preparare per poi fi ssare il tutto alla
parte inferiore dell'ala. Ci sono in totale 8 viti che fi ssano il
radiatore. Dopo aver fatto i fori bisogna togliere il radiatore
e prepararli con la solita procedura. Quando la colla CA è
asciutta si può fi ssare il radiatore all'ala con tutte le sue viti.
