Apply thin CA to the top and bottom of each hinge. Once the
CA cures, gently pull on the fi xed surface and control surface
to make sure the hinges are glued securely. If not, apply
additional CA to secure each of the hinges.

Remove the aileron servo hatch from the wing, making sure to
note the positioning of the servo mount.

Use a hobby knife and trim seal tool to remove the covering
from around the opening for the servo arm, leaving 1/16 inch
(1.5mm) of covering inside the opening. Use a trim seal tool
to iron the covering into the opening.

Thread a servo mounting screw into each of the holes in the
aileron servo mounting holes. Remove the screws before
proceeding.
