21. The fondue is suitable only for use with broth or water; never use
grease or oil!
22. The outer surface may get hot when the appliance is operating
- danger of burns!
23. Do not touch the grill plate as long as it is still hot - danger of
burns!
24. Touch the appliance only on the handles as long as it is hot. Use
potholders to prevent burns.
25. Do not move the appliance as long as it is in operation, to pre-
vent injuries.
26. The heating base may be used only with the pot and the grill
plate included with the fondue set; never use the base for any
other purpose.
27. Do not use the appliance with accessories of other manufactur-
ers or brands, to prevent damage.
28. Never use the pot with other appliances, a stove, etc. to prevent
damage.
29. Unplug the appliance from the power supply after use and prior
to cleaning. Never leave the appliance unattended when it is
plugged in to the power supply.
30. Clean the appliance after every use.
31. Check the appliance, the plug and the power cord regularly for
wear or damage. In case of damage to the power cord or other
parts, please send the appliance or the power cord for inspection
and repair to our after sales service. Unauthorized repairs can
result in serious risks to the user and void the warranty.
32. Do not immerse the appliance and power cord in water or other
liquids or wash them in the dishwasher.
33. Wipe off the base with a damp cloth and a little dishwashing
detergent. Do not use any abrasive scouring agents, steel wool,
metal objects, hot cleaning agents or disinfectants, since they
can damage the appliance.
34. Clean all other parts using water with a little dishwashing deter-
gent added.
35. The pot, lid, fondue forks and fondue baskets can also be washed
in the dishwasher.
36. The appliance must be completely dry before you use it again.
