When the batteries are new, up to 4 bars are shown in the battery icon (see figure 5, item 8). The lower the
supply voltage, the fewer bars are shown.
If there are no bars in the battery icon anymore, you need to land your model at once and insert new
batteries or recharge the rechargeable transmitter batteries.
If the supply voltage falls below 8 V, the battery icon in the display flashes and the transmitter gives an
acoustic warning sound.
d) Adjusting the Transmitter Aerial
For best transmitter range to the model, align the aerial so that it is at a 90° angle to the direct connection line between
transmitter and receiver (see figure 1).
Transmission to the model is worst when you point the aerial tip directly towards the model.
