dElaY (TimE+ or TimE-)
If you want the bread maker to not start working immediately, you can use these
buttons (17 to set the delay time.
You can set how long it will be before your bread is ready by pressing the TimE+
(17) or TimE- (17) button. Please note that the delay time should include the
baking time of the program. That is, at the completion of delay time there is hot,
fresh bread ready. First, select the program and degree of browning. Then press
TimE+ (17) or TimE- (17) to increase or decrease the delay time in increments of
10 minutes. The maximum delay time is 13 hours.
Example: It is 8:30 p.m. and you would like your bread to be ready the next
morning at 7:00 a.m., i.e. in 10 hours and 30 minutes. Select your program, color,
loaf size and then press the TimE+ (17) or TimE- (17) to adjust the time until
10:30 appears on the LCD. Press the sTOP/sTarT (13) button to activate the
delay program. You can see the dot flashing and the LCD will count down to show
the remaining time. When you wake up at 7:00 a.m. the next morning you will
have fresh bread. If you don't want to take out the bread immediately, the keep
warm function starts automatically and will remain on for an hour.
note: For time delayed baking, do not use any easily perishable
ingredients such as eggs, fresh milk, fruits, onions, etc.
keep warm
Bread can be automatically kept warm for 60 minutes after baking. If you would
like to take the bread out, switch the program off using the sTOP/sTarT (13)
button.
memory
If the power supply has been interrupted during the course of bread making,
the process of bread making will be continued automatically within 15 minutes
after power is returned, even without pressing the sTarT/sTOP (13) button. If
the break time exceeds 15 minutes, the memory cannot be kept and the bread
maker must be restarted manually. But if the dough has not gone further than
the kneading phase when the power supply breaks off, you can press the sTOP/
sTarT (13) to continue the program from the beginning.
Enviroment
The machine works well in a wide range of temperatures, but there can be a
difference in loaf sizes between bread baked in a very warm room and bread
baked in a very cold room. We suggest that the room temperature should be
between 15°C and 34°C.
