Notabseilvorrichtung

Prüfung

Die Notabseilvorrichtung ist nach ZH

1/55.1 einmal jährlich durch einen Sach-

kundigen zu prüfen und das Ergebnis der

Prüfung zu dokumentieren. Außerdem ist

dadurch sicherzustellen, daß die Abseil-

vorrichtung immer in gebrauchsfertigem

Zustand im Fahrzeug bereit liegt.

Ausrüstungsumfang

1 Packsack mit Kurz-Gebrauchsanlei-

tung, Anbringung je nach Fahrzeugtyp

verschieden, siehe dazu „Ansicht Fahr-

zeug".

Verwendungszweck

Die Notabseilvorrichtung dient als

Abstiegshilfe für den Bediener des Kom-

missionierstaplers, wenn aus Gründen

eines Defekts oder einer Notsituation die

normale Absenkfunktion sowie die Notab-

senkvorrichtung der Fahrerkabine nicht

eingesetzt werden kann. Es ist verboten,

das Abseilgerät für andere Zwecke als

hier beschrieben, einzusetzen.

Übungen

Entsprechend den Vorschriften der

Berufsgenossenschaften ist die Anwen-

dung von Sicherheitsausstattungen zu

üben. Diese Übungen sind unter Anleitung

durchzuführen und einmal jährlich zu wie-

derholen (ZH 1/55.1). Ziel dieser Übungen

ist das Erlernen der sicheren Handhabung

für Gefahrensituationen. Bei den Übungen

ist immer ein zusätzliches Seil zur Siche-

rung einzusetzen, das durch eine zweite

Person in der Kabine gehalten wird (10).

Umschlingungen als Bremse anbringen

(11).

Vorsicht

Nach jedem Gebrauch ist die komplette

Abseilvorrichtung auf Beschädigungen

und Verschleiß zu prüfen. Dazu ist die

Abseilvorrichtung an den Hersteller oder

an eine vom Hersteller autorisierte Werk-

statt zurückzuschicken.

Emergency

Inspection

The emergency rope device must be

checked once a year by a registered

expert in accordance with ZH 1/55. The

result of the inspection must be documen-

ted.It must also be checked that the rope

device is in place in ready-for-use conditi-

on in the vehicle.

Scope of the equipment

Outer sack with summarised instruc-

tions for use, its installation varying

according to the type of vehicle, see

"vehicle view" with regard to this.

Application

The emergency rope device is used to

permit the driver of an order picking truck

to lower himself to the ground in case a

defect or an emergency situation prevents

the normal lowering function of the driver's

cab. The emergency rope device must

never be used for any purpose other than

that specified here.

Practice

The regulations of the Employers' Insuran-

ce Liability Association stipulate that the

use of safety equipment must be prac-

tised. Practice in the use of the emergency

rope device must be performed and

repeated once a year (ZH 1/55.1). The

objective is to ensure the ability of staff to

use the device with confidence in case of

dangerDuring practice operations an addi-

tional rope must always be used as a

safety device and must be held by a

second person inside the cab (10). Make

loops to serve as a brake (11).

Caution

Each time it has been used, the complete

emergency rope device must be checked

for damage and wear. The emergency

rope device must be returned to the manu-

facturer or sent to a workshop approved

by the manufacturer for this purpose.
