Warranty
Except as otherwise provided herein and/or by
the applicable warranty information for a specific
product or type of product, all KARL STORZ
branded products are generally warranted to be
in good working order at the date of delivery and
free from defects in workmanship and materials
for one (1) year from date of delivery. However,
since some products carry a shorter or a longer
warranty period, Customer should check with the
Customer Support Department or product specific
literature, instruction manual and/ or labeling for
the exactwarranty period.
Opening of the equipment or performance of
any repairs or modifications to the equipment by
unauthorized persons shall relieve us of any liability
for its performance. Any such opening, repair, or
modification performed during the warranty period
shall void all warranty.

Electromagnetic Compatibility
®
The C-MAC
VS 10331 BX has been tested as a
system with the basic units listed below. Relevant
information on electromagnetic compatibility
(EMC) can be found under "Information on
electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)" in the
instructions for use for these basic units:

The EMC warnings, precautions and notes given in
the instructions for use for the basic units as well
as the limit values for interference immunity/noise
emission also apply to the C-MAC

VS 10331 BX.

Garantie
Sauf mention contraire dans le présent manuel et/
ou dans
les conditions de garantie en vigueur pour un
dispositif ou un type de dispositif spécifique,
KARL STORZ garantit que tous ses dispositifs
sont en parfait état à la date de livraison et ne
présentent aucun vice de finition ni de matériel
pour une période d'un (1) an à compter de la
date de livraison. Toutefois, la période de garantie
de certains dispositifs étant plus courte ou plus
longue, le client devra s'assurer de la période de
garantie exacte auprès du service technique ou
dans la documentation spécifique au dispositif,
son manuel d'utilisation et/ou son étiquette.
Toute ouverture de l'appareil, toute réparation
et toute modification effectuées de leur propre
autorité sur l'appareil par des personnes non
habilitées nous dégagent de toute responsabilité
concernant la sécurité de fonctionnement de ce
dernier. Une manipulation non autorisée pendant la
durée de garantie rend cette dernière caduque.

Compatibilité

Ce dispositif a été testé et est conforme aux
valeurs limites en matière de CEM selon les
normes CEI 60601-1 et EN/CEI 60601-1-2
CISPR 11 classe B.

Garantía
En tanto no se indique lo contrario en las
presentes instrucciones y/o
en la información sobre la garantía vigente para un
producto o tipo de producto específico,
para todos los productos de KARL STORZ se
garantiza de forma general que se encuentran en
buen estado de funcionamiento en la fecha de
entrega al cliente y que no presentan defectos
de fabricación ni de material durante un período
de un (1) año a partir de la fecha de entrega. No
obstante, dado que el período de garantía para
algunos productos es más breve o más largo, el
cliente deberá comprobar el período de garantía
exacto consultando al Servicio Técnico o la
bibliografía específica del producto, el Manual de
instrucciones y/o el etiquetado.
Toda manipulación no autorizada, ya sea la
apertura, reparación o modificación del aparato,
nos exime de cualquier responsabilidad en relación
con la seguridad de su funcionamiento. Durante
el período de garantía, cualquier manipulación no
autorizada rescindirá la garantía.
