Kontrola poziomu oleju:
Przed każdym uruchomieniem należy sprawdzić poziom
oleju.
1 Ustawić ubijak wibracyjny na równej powierzchni.
2 Usunąć wszelkie zabrudzenia w obszarze wziernika
(16).
3 Sprawdzić poziom oleju poprzez wziernik (16).
4 Smarowanie systemu udarowego jest zapewnione,
jeżeli poziom oleju znajduje się w przedziale ½ - ¾
wziernika.
5 Jeżeli nie widać oleju, należy go uzupełnić.
6 Proszę pochylić ubijak do przodu, aż urządzenie
będzie się opierać na zabezpieczeniu transpor-
towym.
7 Wykręcić śrubę spustu oleju (16) z dolnej części
ubijaka.
8 W razie potrzeby wlać olej SAE 10W-30.
9 Wkręcić śrubę spustu oleju i mocno dociągnąć.
10 Postawić urządzenie.
Wymiana oleju:
Olej w układzie udarowym wymienić po pierwszych 50
roboczogodzinach, następnie wymieniać co 300 robo-
czogodzin.
Przełożyć ubijak wibracyjny na tył, aż położy się na
pałąku prowadzącym.
Ułożyć pod urządzeniem odpowiedni pojemnik.
Odkręcić śrubę spustową oleju (16) przy podstawie ubi-
jaka i spuścić olej do pojemnika.
Ustawić ubijak ponownie w pozycji pionowej, a następnie
przechylić go do przodu, aż położy się na zabezpiecze-
niu transportowym (18).
Wlać olej.
Wkręcić ponownie śrubę (wziernik 16) i mocno
dociągnąć.
Postawić ponownie urządzenie.
Po wymianie oleju przez 10 minut nie uruchamiać mas-
zyny.
Wskazówka!
Zalecany olej silnikowy SAE 10W-30.
Ilość oleju do napełnienia ok. 0,8 litra.
Zużyty olej silnikowy należy ekologicznie zutylizować w
miejscu zbiórki zużytego oleju. Zabrania się wylewania
starego oleju na ziemię lub mieszania go z odpadkami.
Ważna wskazówka w przypadku naprawy:
W przypadku wysyłki wiertła ziemnego do naprawy, ze
względów bezpieczeństwa należy opróżnić go z oleju
i paliwa. Uwaga! Nie palić i unikać otwartego ognia.
Niebezpieczeństwo wybuchu
Stopa
W przypadku nowego urządzenia, przed każdym uru-
chomieniem lub po montażu nowej stopy ubijaka, należy
dokręcić wszystkie nakrętki i śruby mocujące.

Checking the oil level:
Check the oil level before every use.
1 Place the vibration Rammer on a level surface.
2 Remove dirt in the area of the inspection glass (16).
3 Check the oil level through the inspection glass (16).
4 The tamping system lubrication is in order if
the oil inspection glass appears about 1/2 – 3/4 full.
5 If no oil is visible, then oil must be added.
6 Tilt the vibration Rammer forward until the device
lies on the transport protection.
7 Remove the oil drain screw (16) on the Rammer base.
8 Refill if necessary with SAE 10W-30 oil.
9 Close the screw again and tighten it.
10 Set the device upright again
Changing the oil:
Change the oil in the tamping system after the first 50
operating hours, thereafter every 300 operating hours.
1 Lay the vibration Rammer down backward until it
rests on the steering bar.
2 Place a suitable container under the device.
3 Remove the oil drain screw (16) on the Rammer base
and let the oil run out into the container.
4 Return the vibration Rammer to an uprite position
and then lean it forward until the device rests on the
transportation protection (18).
5 Pour in oil.
6 Close the screw (inspection glass 16) again and tigh-
ten it.
7 Set the device upright again.
After an oil change, do not use the machine for 10 mi-
nutes.
Note!
Recommended motor oil SAE 10W-30
Fill volume approx. 0.8 litres
Dispose of accumulated oil properly in the local used oil
collection point. It is forbidden to empty used oil onto
the ground or to mix it with trash.
Important note in the case of a repair:
When returning the vibration Rammer for repair, please
observe that for safety reasons, the vibration Rammer
must be sent to the service station free of oil and petrol.
Caution! No smoking and no open flames. Explosion hazard
Tamping foot
With a new device, before every use or after the instal-
lation of a new tamping foot, all securing nuts are to be
tightened.
